Went to the Garner store today. Their special was half off hotdogs. They also had an every day special with 2 hotdogs and a drink for 10.99 which is the price I paid.. I went back to the counter and asked where was the discount. They eventually said that I was not allowed to get the 1/2 price sale. A gentleman said the discount don’t apply today. I told him that his sign clearly says everyday. I understand that customers are sometimes wrong. It is never okay to dismiss them when they are write. Do better!!!
Ps. As I was eating I watched the same guy get called to a table because the hotdogs were not made correctly, he quickly agreed to make them another without the slightest apology to me.
Was as professional and respectful as possible.

Yall should know the only reason I give 5 stars is because of a certain young man working there. The food wasn’t nothing special but someone’s work ethic showed through.
He was a brown short haired big boned individual. Looks like his name might be CJ, or Hayden. His attitude towards me was simply AMAZING.
I asked if I could get a beef hotdog, and he calmly explained that they don’t offer it. I tried offering him a $50 bill, and his demeanor was relaxed as he explained they don’t accept such currency. I even asked for a Pepsi and he explained that this establishment offers Coca-Cola products. Coolheaded even in the face of adversity. The saying goes that the customer is always right, but this young man’s authority simply supersedes the customer.
Not only that, but he recommended the apple turnover. Based on his atmosphere thus far, I decided to add this to my order. In fact, I ordered 2!! I was astonished by his taste in deserts and how happy he was to recommend this item.
If Y’ALL don’t give him a raise, I will offer him a job myself at my work. Such a young man as this is hard to come by, y’all should be extremely thankful for his contribution to your business.

I entered this fine establishment expecting average food, which I got. But I was simply BLOWN AWAY by the service the larger, short haired brunette young man gave me. Y’all should give him a raise immediately. I asked for food recommendations, and he said to try the Apple Turnover. Simply BLOWN AWAY by his taste in deserts. Of the variety of deserts offered, this is simply the best.
I wanted to offer him a tip but he said he doesn’t accept tips, what a standup and humble young man. I donated to the animal fund instead by his request. Simply the best young generation you guys are fostering. Unless he is the best in his field.
The cheeseburgers tasted a bit strange, but that is to be expected by a hotdog establishment. The fries and apple turnover, as previously mentioned, simply BLEW ME AWAY.
In conclusion, give his upstanding young man a raise, his service and atmosphere was simply unparalleled and his smile was simply beaming from ear to ear. Thank you guys!!!!!

Honestly, just the BEST experience I have EVER had at a fast food restaurant. As a lonely, older white woman, I typically don’t enjoy my experiences at restaurants. Despite that, this young, white, short haired brunette man (on the heavier side) offered me the BEST service. He recommended me the apple turnover and honestly I can’t believe that this item was from a fast food establishment. It was the best Apple item I have EVER eaten, despite not liking apples.
I typically get sugar free items but I just couldn’t resist this Apple turnover. The burger was okay, as expected from a fast food establishment. Honestly, it doesn’t matter. Everything else made up for the burger being subpar. I hope everyone that wishes to come to this location meets this fine young man and has the opportunity to be served by him.

I have always been a big fan of Snoopy’s, so I was extremely excited when I saw this establishment! The food was pretty good and I enjoyed the fries!
If you plan on bringing kids, there are coloring sheets and a place to hang them all up! All in all, this place is a great place to bring the whole family!

Soft buns and good quality hot dog, but no flavor in the chili. Fries could have been better if they were salted. Also had the burger, which was my least favorite. Food was a little bland overall.

The food is decent but not anything special. I remember when they used to be really good, not sure what has happened over the past 20 years. Maybe it is all the better options available now. The cashier (older short man) didn’t say hello, or greet me or anyone in my party, just stood there staring. Pretty rude. Definitely don’t see a reason to be returning.

The staff was very friendly and it did not take long to get our food. My cheeseburger was LOADED with way too much mayonnaise!! It made the whole burger soggy, and everything was sliding around. I had to use several napkins to wipe some mayo off. Also, I requested no chili on the burger, and thank goodness I did. Imagine how much soggier that would have been. The hot dogs were okay.
