This place is hiding behind a car wash. Outdoor seating only. They asked if I preferred most or lean brisket which I always appreciate. The brisket was great. My ribs were good. They were out of the Mac n cheese unfortunately. Didn’t enjoy the beans. Good size portions and they were very friendly.

Had to wander around to find this “restaurant” behind a self-service car wash. Great BBQ brisket, rivals the best I’ve had in the Texas panhandle and hill country. Friendly service, liked the coleslaw too! Seating is a wood picnic table in a gravel parking lot, overlooking BIG smokers. The whole place is a converted single conex, so small, no frills, but good BBQ.

It was hard to find and hidden behind a car wash, but the people were friendly, the outdoor seating was comfortable, and the food was delicious. I got the brisket sandwich with Carolina BBQ sauce, potato salad, and Mac and cheese. The brisket was delicious, juicy, and the burnt ends were to die for. The potato salad was also delicious, but I wasn’t a huge fan of the Mac and cheese (but that’s on me since I’m not a fan of Texas-style Mac), but as far as Texas Mac goes, it was one of the better ones that I’ve had. Will definitely be back.

Get the best BBQ and your car washed at the same time. I think they have some of the best bbq in the region and I have ever had. They are Texans and know their stuff. And I did a BBQ tour of the US and this stacks up with the best of them. And I just had their breakfast burrito and it was incredible! Don’t let the car wash fool you. It’s world class.

I was born and raised in Texas and can be critical(in a lighthearted way) about BBQ elsewhere. Snooks Bottom is the real deal. We had the perfectly cooked ribs and the phenomenal brisket sandwich, and everything comes with 2 sides. Sooooo dang good!!

Best damn BBQ I’ve had ever! We got the a pound of brisket and a pound of pulled pork. Just the meat no sauces and it was so tender and flavorful!! If you’re looking for a BBQ spot with reasonable prices for amazing quality food, then this is your spot!! Thank you for the amazing food tonight and your amazing customer service and care!!
