We visited Marco Island for the day and checked out this restaurant based on recommendations by locals. The restaurant was packed and we waited an hour and 15 minutes for a table, in the meantime you can enjoy the live band and order drinks at the bar.
The food was decent, nothing too crazy. Our favorites were the crab cakes and the lobster.
The restaurant is by the water, with floor to ceiling windows and although it was dark when we visited I’m sure the view is nice during the day.

Atmosphere was so fun, and the food was absolutely delicious. Our waiter was sooo nice and funny, which made the experience even better. We had the halibut and wow, it was incredible! The band was great!!! Everything was wonderful, and we had a great time. Definitely recommend!

Snook Inn should be on everyone’s list of restaurants when on Marco Island! Located on the water with great views of boats. Be prepared to wait for a table; however the food is worth it. All sandwiches and entrees come with a complimentary visit to the salad bar. Our group ordered the crab cake, fish and chips, and the lobster roll. Crab cake came with pineapple/mango fruit. Fish and chips was a generous 2piece portion with delicious seasoned ‘chips’ (fries). The lobster roll was served with crisp potato chips. All delicious! Antoinio was our attentive server. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The waitress was good. The food was just OK in my opinion. I got the Mahi Mahi tacos. At one point I looked to see if I was eating fish or chicken because it was a little tough being fish and it didn’t have much flavor. I actually added the garlic dressing from the salad bar which helped. My husband had the blackened grouper sandwich. He thought it was just OK. To him it was dry so he asked for some tartar sauce. He had one at the Sunset Grill and thought it was better, and cheaper. Our daughter had the kids pepperoni pizza. She liked it. All adult entrees come with the salad bar so that was a nice bonus.

This place is a legendary institution on Marco Island, so I thought it might be overhyped, but it was fantastic. The band was rocking, the breeze was blowing, the food was great, and our server was awesome. I appreciated the salad bar. The grouper and red snapper were fresh and delicious. The green beans were fresh and seasoned perfectly. Raw little necks were sweet and salty. I wouldn’t get the fried calamari next time, could get that anywhere. Loved the atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Our server Rho had a great personality and we appreciated the recommendations with food and drinks! No complaints on any of the food all good flavor and perfectly cooked. Atmosphere inside and outside were good a little noisy but loved the live music. Pictured are the Snook stuffed oysters, Snook Inn platter and the special of the night.

Great experience at this restaurant. We had quick friendly service. Servers were knowledgeable and helpful when choosing entrees and drinks. Had a spicy margarita and pina colada! Red Snapper was divine, highly recommend!!

We visited for dinner…. The place was packed without being overcrowded. We loved the food, delicious, fresh, and well presented. This restaurant is on the water so the views and ambiance were very nice. There was live music so you could dance without being too loud… super cool atmosphere! Our waitress was amazing. Prices were mid-range and appropriate in my opinion. We had crab and shrimp bisque, coconut shrimp, ceviche, and the platter… we had a little bit of everything. We really enjoyed our dinner. I would definitely recommend.

230-300 recommended. Walked in with no reservation. Wonderful bar area. Patio dining. Live music. Oysters served on the 1/2 shell with saltines and other fix’ins. Salad bar was robust. Ceviche two thumbs up. Grouper sandwich was superb.

Really fun waterfront dining. We went there for our 25th wedding anniversary dinner. Not a great choice for a romantic dinner but that’s on us. Prime rib and grouper dinners were very good. Our server Reese was very nice and attentive. Live music added to the festive mood. Overall, a great experience.
