Times Up
Every so often I go to that side of town and get a burrito king
It’s usually about $11 or something like that
Today it was $17.30 and there was a sign on the door that said extra hot sauce is 50 cents a cup
Every burrito comes with one hot sauce and only one hot sauce. Cool understood.
I get home. I open my box.
No salsa smh… the meat was chewy and unappetizing the beans were watery and flavorless the rice was flavorless and some of it crunchy…
so the price went up substantially and the quality went down substantially…
Terrible just terrible. I won’t be back. Yuck

Fantastic langua and barbacoa tacos! We had to wait to be seated because it was packed. But it wasn’t too long totally worth the wait.

Yuck! Tried this place for lunch since Leal’s was packed and regret it. Enchiladas were watery, refried beans had burnt spots throughout them. I didn’t request anything but a drink and the enchilada plate but they also gave me about 15 packets of salt and I understood after tasting the bland, runny, scorched food. Also found a green pepper sticker on the bottom of enchiladas. Return to sender!

This was our first time to dine in. I usually go through the drive through for the shrimp cocktail. This time we decided to go inside.
The atmosphere was homey with music on the TV. Our waitress was very prompt in bringing our chips and salsa along with taking our drink orders. Breakfast is served all day so hubby got the chorizo and eggs. Cooke perfectly to his liking. I had the chili relleno, taco and enchilada. Quite tasty. The portions were more than ample, hot and very good. We will definitely be going back again.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere, playing actual Mexican music. I was craving menudo… so this particular review is all about the menudo at this place. I enjoyed the taste it had a good slight zing of heat, but not enough to burn. I added the cilantro and onions it came with, plus I like a lot of oregano, so I ordered more to sprinkle on top. It comes with either corn or flour tortillas (who orders flour tortillas) it corn tortillas compliment the menudo taste. Very good tasting tea, sweet, of course. The service was very up to their best if I do say so myself. The waitress was always on the spot and checked on my needs but not bearing the table. By the way, you also receive tomatillo salsa, which is very tasty, especially with the homemade tortilla chips, you may need to arrive with an empty stomach, but don’t over eat them leave room for the menudo for sure.

Great place and great food. But you can not go for dinner. They close early.
I wish they would stay open til at least 9:00 PM. They would make so much sells if they did that. I would definitely be going for dinner if they were open in the evening.

Extremely love the food here because it’s very authentic. I ordered the enchiladas endiabladas. IT WAS DELICIOUS! The sauce is very spicy, so I only recommend it if you can handle the heat! We also ordered the desayuno villahumada with a side order of barbacoa. This breakfast entree comes with eggs, refried beans, potatoes, and chile verde with asadero cheese. The chile verde had a fantastic flavor….and the barbacoa was perfect. It was fresh out of the pot and not greasy

First time here. Got menudo and a lingua taco. Both were absolutely delicious. Couldn’t finish it all and for only $11. The salsa with the chips is damn good too. The staff was fast, super friendly, and my waitress is a cutie, Hahaha. 5 stars for sure, my new spot for Sunday morning breakfast.
