Our son absolutely loves the snow cones (snowballs) here. The grape snoball is his favorite, but their flavors are extensive. When I used to get them, cherry or root beer were my favorites. However, now I personally love the soft serve with sprinkles. Great flavor and great taste.
Maybe it’s a me thing, but I always have to put this location in Waze. It comes up quickly on you and you don’t want to drive by it or slam on your brakes. Just know that is across from the Carrabba’s. Even if the place is busy, there is plenty of parking, and they do an amazing job of serving people quickly and getting them through the line.
So stop on by and get a treat. Better yet, even grab a T-shirt!
This visit, my husband decided to try a strawberry milkshake, and it did not disappoint. In addition to their incredible shaved ice options, Sno-To-Go also offers sundaes, snowstorms, banana splits, ice cream sandwiches, soft serve ice cream, and ice cream floats. The extensive menu ensures that there is something for everyone to enjoy.
The quality and variety of their treats never fail to impress us. Sno-To-Go continues to be a highlight of our trips, and we can’t recommend it enough for anyone looking for delicious, refreshing treats in Williamsburg. It’s become a cherished tradition for us, and we always leave satisfied and looking forward to our next visit.
I just want to start this by saying, I have been coming to sno to go for yearsssss. I love it. Come almost every weekend and never have problems. Recently, there has been a change in the attitude and quality of what you are paying for here. My most recent experience tonight, has honestly put a bad taste in my mouth about Sno to go and it makes me sad. I order a med double stuff, get all the way home to NO flavor on the icee after the very top, no ice cream in the middle, completely not right. So no biggie, drive all the way back and ask for a remake. Yes, it was 8:55 and they were closing, but I paid $9.08 for essentially unflavored shaved ice. Immediately when I get to the window I see the cashier who rang me up looking annoyed, and I explained my situation and just asked for a new one. there are employees laughing about it and not taking it seriously, then I see the girl purposely make it completely OVER flavored. I’m talking over flowing soup, syrup all over the cup dripping on the counter. They were literally laughing about it as they were handing it to me. I get it, your kids only there for a paycheck, but I’m spending almost $10 for a nostalgic treat and simply just want it made correctly, the first time, after already waiting 20 minutes, driving 10 minutes back home, then 10 minutes back for a remake. I told them I’m not taking that I just want my $9.08 back. Sno-to-Go, do better.
Good flavored syrups, but don’t use enough. My sno cone was straight ice for the top 2/3 – asked for more syrup, and then it was still completely lacking syrup on the bottom 1/3 (see pic)
UPDATE: The owner reached out personally to rectify our experience. My family and I are very grateful for the amazing customer service provided to us!
