Hey, Louisville Snarf’s Sandwiches is here to serve you! Right by Centaurus High School, this Snarf’s is located at 1110 E. South Boulder Road. A quick lunch, a family dinner, or you’re hungry, come in and get Colorado’s favorite sandwich. Every sandwich is toasted and made to order with fresh veggies and premium meats. We have everything from our classic Italian to our hot dog sandwich. And when you’re craving something else, we offer salads, soups, and desserts.

I’ve always loved the Boulder store, but this place is horrible. The orders are almost always wrong, and the people working there are very unfriendly. Today, my order of 3 sandwiches was lost. They originally blamed me for using Doordash, until I showed them my emailed receipt. No apologies. They said I could wait 15 minutes or get my order refunded. Again, not a single expression of being sorry for a very time-sensitive order being “lost”. We are DONE with this Snarf’s!!!
Follow-up: They hadn’t issued the refund, as promised, so I had to write the main office. Finally got it processed. Still no apology for all of this.
UPDATE: Since this episode, we decided to give the Louisville Snarf’s another try, and everything was really good. On our next visit, they put hot peppers all over a $16 sandwich, even though I clearly requested NO HOT PEPPERS! I wrote to the main office that I wanted to receive a refund for the inedible sandwich (which I offered to return), and they refused! I even offered to drive the sandwich back to the restaurant. So much for their empty promise (below).
If you order online this Snarf’s in spite of my review, you should know that they will not read any special requests at the bottom of the order (e.g., no onions). They have never followed any of the requests my family has made.
It’s only a matter of time before this place goes out of business. Louisville residents won’t put up with this.

We love Snarf’s sandwiches, so when we wanted a casual lunch for our family reunion, we knew just where to go! We were not disappointed. They put together 50 boxed lunches including a few with dietary restrictions. The lunches were packed with food: a 7-inch sandwich, cookie, chips, and macaroni or potato salad. These were a bargain for an easy meal for a large group. Thanks to everyone who helped make our reunion lunch a success!

Cold cuts. Basically, it’s a subway on steroids. Better quality ingredients. A ton of hot sandwiches if that’s your jam. I went with the Italian sub, a hot roast beef, a plain turkey on white, and another I forget. 3-7″ and 1- 5″
Cost $48.00. No sides or drinks. Kinda expensive, but what isn’t these days.
Workers are really friendly and helpful. They must have great management. These things are clutch nowadays.

Good service and good food! Best sandwiches in Colorado. My favorite part about snarfs is how consistent they are in giving rare roast beef with minimal grizzle. Also the peppers are amazing! Every single location seems to have a mandatory sketchy parking lot and leaky diet coke fountain though lol.

Excellent sandwiches, we recently ordered for our office from this location and everyone loved what they had. Their online ordering portal is really good, the staff were friendly, and our orders was 100% accurate. I was very pleased and look forward to having this place again next visit to Colorado, I will be back.
