Four of us had a lovely time at Catch 27, a restaurant whose interior dining rooms have a historic atmosphere inside a quaint house close to the colonial quarter. There is patio seating as well. I enjoyed the catch of the day–fresh, local flounder with beurre blanc sauce–served with mashed sweet potatoes and broccolini. My wife enjoyed the vegan butternut, coconut bisque. Although the restaurant accepts some walk-ins, it’s best to make reservations. Our first server was very good but, after the food was served, he left and handed us off to…I’m not sure. Afterwards, things went along more slowly.

From start to finish, the team went above and beyond in helping me plan and execute an engagement. The coordination was seamless, from the perfectly timed handoff of the flowers, to the champagne toast, to making the entire evening feel effortless and special. Every detail was handled with care and professionalism.
On top of that, the food was outstanding. Easily some of the best seafood in town, fresh, perfectly prepared, and exactly why Catch 27 has the reputation it does.
Thank you to the entire staff for helping create a night we will never forget. Truly exceptional experience all around.

Our group discovered this restaurant on a Monday evening during the first week of the “Nights of Lights” event and was promptly seated without a wait. The menu, while concise, features thoughtfully curated and expertly prepared dishes. Every member of our party was thoroughly impressed with the flavor profiles of their selections, and I am eager to return to explore more.

It’s cold outside now, but they have heaters on the patio, so it’s very comfortable. The Christmas atmosphere is incredibly cozy and warm.

Our server Josh, was very attentive and told us about the menu and fresh catch. Val got mahi mahi which was very good. I got the brisket which was good but to dry and there was very little to lighten it up. Stick with the seafood.
