Went to snaps American Bistro because the rooftop restaurant next door didn’t have food I thought the kids would like. I figured I would give a new location of shot. To say I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement. Not only with all the food delicious, but the staff was so friendly. The owner welcomes you and is very nice. I had the red Sangria, very refreshing and different but it still satisfying. The Burger I enjoyed, I had the Thursday Special. The story changes when I tried my husband burrito bowl, that was not tasty at all! The guacamole was not fresh, the beans I am not sure if they were can beans, the chicken was bland, it was a dish gone wrong!! We both hated it!! The decor and ambiance were great!

the staff was very accommodating, staff was warm and friendly, best non alcoholic mule ever, food was delicious, no pressure staff, stay and chat, eat as long as you want too, best chicken parmesan sandwich, that focaccia bread I needed one to go home just the bread it was so delicious, that mac and cheese omg must have when you visit had mine with out the bacon it was so good, the stuffed avacado and the wings was delicious didn’t take pictures of appetizers was tò busy enjoying, reasonable priced, planning on going back with more friends soon.

My party of 4 visited on a Saturday early evening and was seated right away.
Pros:
+attentive front of house, waitstaff, manager
+food came quickly and at perfect temperature
+surprisingly delicious chick pea fries
+Snap burger, empanadas and churros were tasty
+creme brûlée, truffle fries, truffle mac and cheese are a must
+clean ladies room
