Went inside to pick up my order and the guy at front desk was on the phone which is fine I understand but as I was sitting there waiting he get angry in front of me with the customer he had on the phone and hit the desk with the phone at the register and then went back to normal and still looked mad. As I sit there he finally said something to get off the phone and gave me my food and I left.

First off I’m really not the one to complain! I get it .. worked at fast food for years .. but dominos really ! I got two pasta delivered to the house ! I opened them and was like nope let me head up there ! Get there for the manger to tell me this was the correct portion size . Like yall look at what they gave me. I’m giving them a two stars cause the delivery girl was sweet and polite ! But yall wrong for this pasta

Placed an order for a pan pizza: extra cheese, extra sauce, and a couple toppings on one side. I receive a pizza with hardly any sauce and no extra cheese. It happens, so I call and ask for it to be remade. The guy was nice, told me come back in 15 minutes to pick up a new pizza. I get there, the lady was nice and even had me check out my pizza before I left. The pizza had a lot of cheese and extra sauce from what I could see, everything looked excessive (I guess because it had to be remade) but I took it home.
The picture is what lay beneath the cheese and sauce. Raw pizza dough. The folks making the pizza was in such a rush to remake this pizza they overdid the cheese and sauce and the pizza didn’t cook all the way through.
This will definitely be the last time I visit this location.

Seems like it keeps getting worse. We love the cheese dip and twists. We are supposed to get 8 twist. We’ve been getting 8 but 3 or 4 of them are tiny or even too crunchy to eat. Please play attention to what you put in the boxes. We’ve used the Daphne location on numerous occasions and always get wonderful twists. Fairhope is our home so obviously we would rather use that store. I’ve also noticed that when we order extra cheese, it hardly has any cheese plus the pizza is over cooked with lots of brown spots on the cheese.

I mean this place is so inconsistent it’s terrible. Mostly on the bad side. Buffalo chicken.. more like chicken with some cheese melted.. it’s not hard.. I know, I’ve worked AT this location.. this is officially the last time I give this place my money. But hey the drinks were right mostly cause y’all don’t make those.

This was the absolutely best service I have EVER had!! I ordered this and it was delivered within NINE MINUTES!!! Not even sure how this is possible!!! I wasn’t sure it was the right order, asked the guy to let me make sure. Pizza was absolutely perfect! Fresh, hot, and nothing wrong with order at all!!! Good Job to the manager/owner of this establishment! You have an excellent staff!! ❤️❤️❤️

I live in Fairhope and work in Mobile and have friends and family everywhere in between so I order from Dominos all over Mob n Bal county. This Fairhope location is by far the worst. This pic is perfect example. Half supreme and half cheese with EXTRA CHZ OVER ALL.

I placed my order online but forgot to add something to my order. After realizing my mistake with my online order I called the Fairhope store. I wasn’t sure if I could add to my order after it had been placed online.Yes I could! The person I spoke to at the store was extremely nice, obliging and helpful. My order was perfect and it was delivered very quickly. It was nice, hot and DELICIOUS! An A PLUS experience. I love our Fairhope Dominos!

Was on the area a few weeks ago and had a horrible experience. I ordered a couple pizzas and the one with toppings only had 3 bell peppers 4 pieces of chicken and s few other small pieces of other veggies. Upon seeing it I asked the manager to remake it and it took another 30 min to make a thin crust pizza that looked no better than the last. I contacted corporate and was told the manager would contact me. It’s been weeks an nothing.
