All Snappy Tomato locations serve great pizza along with other menu items, and this one is no exception. When it comes to Italian food I like the sauce to be savory and not too sweet, so Snappy Tomato’s is perfect for me, and it didn’t hurt anything that they were generous with the cheese on my pizza even though I hadn’t asked for extra. This location is owned by a decorated US Army veteran of the Global War on Terror who has decorated it as a sort of patriotic shrine to all members of the US Armed Forces, and anyone who loves our nation– veteran or otherwise–would feel at home here!

Update, 04/21/23 : still the same great pizza and friendly service.

Hi, as you can see this pizza is undone dough.
This was served to me and my family and my mother did not notice it until she took a bite and realizing it wasn’t cheese she was biting into.
We called them and let them know that the dough was not cooked.
They asked us how many pieces are left and we told them 16 they said the best they could do is not replace the order but give us a smaller order instead. (We ordered a beast, they wanted to give us a jr. beast).
The manager was very unprofessional on the phone, The owner (Paul Brown) was even more rude with the way he tried to handle the situation.
He put words in our mouth saying we said 18 pieces and also told us he wasn’t sending out a new pizza or refunding our money and hung up.
I don’t believe this is the way an owner of a business that makes food should behave or handle something like this.
Please be careful when you eat pizza from here for it could be undone and can harm you and make you sick if it is.

I ordered a ham and cheese with double meat and was given regular meat. When I called the manager he told me I was lieing he made it himself. And I said id like my wedges remade because by the time I ate them they woukd be cold too. He said it wasn’t his fault and I had to deal with it. At this time I had my boyfriend returning the sub and you could clearly see I hadn’t even opened it because I knew immediately from the size it was too small and I was asked to count the meat when I was on the phone and I did. I also asked to speak to someone above him and he got rude and then hung the phone up on me. I will not be ordering from this store again. I have no reason to lie about the meat on my sandwich. And this is just annoying not to get the right food for the price I am paying.

This is the toppings you get when you pay for extra toppings for 3$ each! Trash this is why I don’t buy snappys in West Union! Such a shame! Won’t be back

This was the 1st time I ever had Snappys. It was good – not great. Light sauce = perfect! However, the Snapperoni pizza is supposed to be double the pepperoni & double the cheese. There were several spots on pizza where there was NO cheese, let alone double. And the pepperoni was just an avg amount. The price point was great though the toppings were scarce. I would try again, flavor is good – especially the dough!

Well I just recently found out that as of July 1st, 2024 that West Union Snappy’s will no longer be taking and doing the military veterans discount. Not saying that they have to do it and this was a Paul Brown thing, but these military veterans should be honored and something given back to them because they either were drafted or they volunteered to fight for their country. I just think in my opinion that it still needs to be honored and forwarded with the new owner. I am military veterans daughter and never was in the military, but I respect all veterans that served this country. I am not saying they can’t pay full price, but again it should be honored with the new owner.

We always order 1 or 2 Best Pizza, the only issue we have ever had is if we are ordering for someone in our family that is allergic to tomatoes almost every time we have to turn that order into a pickup because tomatoes almost always end up on whatever we’re ordering we have to be very careful because of food allergies other than that Miss Tammy that runs this place she is amazing wonderful person

Snappy isn’t our favorite pizza but it was nice to have one place in our neighborhood that delivers. We will not be ordering from Snappy anymore. We ordered a pizza, pasta, hoagie and a 2 liter. Our 2 liter wasn’t delivered. We called the store right away and the person taking calls kept saying he would call me back. My last attempt he said the driver said they gave us the 2liter and the owner said if we wanted it that bad we could drive to the store and get it. Awesome customer service. We paid the 2 dollar delivery fee and my husband, a veteran, gave an awesome tip. My parents patronize the store twice a week. We do once a week. No more. That was nasty and rude.
