Who would have thought that you would find delicious Cajun food in Payson Utah! My Louisiana native co-worker recommended I eat here and I’ve been thanking her ever since. The Crawfish Etouffee and Jambalaya are my favorites so far. The food is always served fresh and hot and the service is amazing.

The best Cajun food in Utah! I recommend the Crawfish Etouffee it’s my favorite, but everything is good. The people are super friendly and if you like hot sauce they have about a dozen or so to choose from. The location’s not the best being in Payson, but it’s worth the drive. Great food, great people, highly recommend it!

Even better than expected, especially in a place as far removed physically and demographically from Cajun/Creole country; though I guess it only takes a few good chefs and a sound, dependable bayou food source supplier to make a good Cajun Restaurant. Nonetheless, this definitely has both and excellent turnaround time and service too.
Very good variety. I recommend the Cajun Chicken étouffée. It is excellent, though the creole dishes are great too. The beignets, while not quite Café du Monde are quite good for finishing it all off.

Well, I thought because I saw 4.7/5 stars that this place would be good. And yes, the food tasted good/fine, but just because you put the word “etouffee” next to the word “crawfish,” does not make it etouffee. I spent the first 21 years of my life in TX (near the LA border) and this is not cajun food. Then again, it’s decent food, just don’t expect cajun like southern-cajun. Think more like UT cajun.

As a Cajun, I can say that this place is legit. It was delicious nostalgia on a plate! I met the owners tonight. They are from New Orleans and they know their stuff. We ordered the seafood pasta, Boudreaux’s burger, fried alligator, and beniets (OMG! Don’t leave without ’em!) and we loved every bit of it. It’s a good thing they are way out in Payson, because if they were any closer I’d eat there every day!

Excellent home-cooked-style food from New Orleans! I grew up just outside of New Orleans, and Boudreaux’s Bistro hits the mark. Friendly people, fast service, and delicious southern food at great prices. It’s worth a drive to Payson even if you don’t live close!

Stopped by Boudreaux when I went to my parents. Payson doesn’t have a huge amount of Resturants, so finding this place is finding a little gem.
If you can tell by the name, the food is mostly Cajun. I mostly went for shrimp dishes, and beans. I enjoyed the food. Weirdly, the beans were amazing.
I’ll be stopping by when I go to my parents again.

It is one of the best restaurants in Payson; but that’s not saying much considering the best restaurants in Payson are anyplace even remotely above average.
Went there the other day to try the alligator, but they didn’t have any in at the time. That was disappointing.
The worst thing about it is the hours: Open only until 2:30 pm on Tuesday and Wednesday – then they open at noon on Saturdays. Noon? Lunch hours start at 11:00 am, so this doesn’t make a lot of sense.
All in all though pretty good food – especially for getting it relatively quickly.

A lot of bang for your buck. The hushpuppies are absolutely amazing with their special ranch dipping sauce. It’s not the spiciest cajun food but they have a large variety of delicious hot sauces that you can use to spice it up. I would recommend the red beans and smoked sausage, and the creole.

This is a MUST visit restaurant. Food is amazing, service is great, everything was amazing. Easily one of the best Cajun places in Utah (if not THE best). Best restaurant in Payson… don’t miss it!
