My first time having Snappy Tomato Pizza. It was great. Just the right amount if sauce and toppings. Also ordered a garden salad. I haven’t tried it yet but it looks delicious. Will be ordering from here again.

So my son gets Snappy’s at the least 4 times a week. He got home with it and it look like they took everything out of the oven to soon. So he asked me to take it back and ask them to remake it. The girl calls the owner and said that there was no way it could be undercooked. First the customer is always right and if they pay for something they did not receive then remake it and no comments except sorry for that. Number 2, Did you even see the food to say it was undercooked? Poor management for sure!

If I could leave less than a one star review then I would. We ordered a Hawaiian pizza and it was the saddest looking pizza I had ever seen. It was burnt, the sauce was 4 inches away from the edge of the crust, barely any cheese at all and very few toppings. The frozen pizza I fixed immediately after was so much better. I wish had gotten a picture before my husband put it in the trash. Do yourself a favor and just go to Hometown.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. And whoever works night shift around 7pm needs to be fired . For someone to keep putting you on hold and not answering the phone because they know you’re calling all because you have a $7.49 credit through them and they don’t wanna add it to the order that they screwed up.

Great food I thought been eating Snappys for a really long time and I ordered my family calzones and they were really thick and had a lot of dough and were cooked for too long and extremely greasy, the boxes they came in were falling apart. I was also told by the individual who answered the phone said I cant tell you how long cause were really busy. Okay sure. I’ll wait 2 or three hours for my pizza etc.

I have ate pizza there since it was built. However over the past few years there’s a lot to be desired. On 8/12/24 my mother and I ordered a pizza for pick up we asked for a junior beast half cheese half pepperoni. They said it would be about 20 mins. We arrived 15 mins after we placed the order. They had our pizza sitting on the counter and the order was made wrong it had pepperoni on all of it. When the issue was addressed to woman behind the counter she said that she can lt re fix the pizza so it could be hot and she told us if we wanted hot we needed to be on time. She gave us a small cheese for the order being made wrong. Very very disappointed. Will not be back.

Have ordered from Snappy on a regular basis for years but never again.
Find the manager to be rude and doesn’t care about keeping her customers happy.
Most of the staff are awesome but she cares more about keeping a couple bucks rather than to honor a veterans discount and keep a happy customer.
I recommend eating anywhere else but here.

Very poor location. This place has very poor workers making food that are usually high. Me and my wife ordered the half pound boneless wings each and I got a quarter of what she got. Along with the food being cold. Time and time again I give them chances to do better and here lately it’s been getting worse. I would not recommend this pizza joint for quality food at all. It’s not worth your time or money
