It was our first time here and we will definitely come back. For the level of taste from the food, the price is really good. I had the Chicken Oscar with the chef’s mixed veggies and a side salad. The chicken is grilled and topped with a white sauce lace with chunks of crab The vegetables were cooked perfectly. The salad is prepared cut up. My wife had the shrimp and crab and it was delicious . They serve a homemade bread with your meal. We really wanted to try the desserts but we were too full. The desserts are home made and there are many options. Also what is unique is that they have two separate sections to choose from. A quieter dining area and a lounge. Both have ample seating.

Friday night dinner was excellent. Grabbed some seats and the bar and the service was top notch. Very friendly bartenders and attentive staff. Food is excellent. Tasty burgers and chicken sandwich. Highly recommend the burger medium rare as they cook them a bit over. Great vibe with continuous music from touch tunes.

I really thought I had already done a review for Snappers. I really like this place and come here every couple of months since I am local to this area.
I usually do get a salad and in this occasion I got the Pittsburgh salad with chicken and house made orange vinaigrette. I really like their Greek salad too. They run some good weekly specials as well.
On this occasion we came for dinner and sat at the bar. We could tell from the parking lot that it wouldn’t be too crowded. The bartenders here are always friendly and personable. The kitchen is typically quick but will say they can get crowded certain days for events so it understandably is slower at those times. Nonetheless, I have never had a bad meal here.
The atmosphere in the bar is somewhat like a relaxed sports bar. The dining room is a different vibe. Still relaxed but you could go on a nice date or bring a group for a special occasion.
Prices are comparable to other similar restaurants in the area.

We had reservations for the dinning room which wasn’t busy on a Monday, but the lounge was. It took the server longer than expected to come to our table which was a little worrisome. After that service was excellent. I started with the crab soup which was good and my entree was the Italian grinder which I absolutely loved. Thier old fashioned were also very good

I was in PA to visit my mom, and my sister suggested this place for dinner. The food was exceptional. I had crab cakes, which were delightful. Dessert was delicious, too. There was ample parking. Mom uses a walker and there was enough handicap parking to accommodate us.

Servers were great and our food always good as well. Had the Rockfish(striped bass) and crab cakes. Fish was really good but the crab cakes were a little on the dry side, but still good. We will definitely be back.

Update: went for lunch. Again, food was good, but service was poor. Don’t know why they only have the bartender, as the place was relatively full. If they had a second server, maybe service would match the food.
Had read a bunch of good reviews, but unfortunately, my experience left a lot to be desired.
Ate lunch here, and sat at the bar. Waited probably 5 minutes or so and the lady behind the counter had not approached me. Another staff, A male, noticed I had been sitting, asked for my drink order, and gave me a menu.
After another stretch of waiting I ordered a serving of Fried Mozzarella and a Snapper Burger with Onion Rings.
I’ve talked enough about the waiting, suffice it to say there was no hustle during any phase of the lunch.
The mozzarella Sticks were pretty good. The right amount of breading and hot inside.
The burger came out with french fries rather than onion rings. The burger was decent, although it had some bitterness to it, maybe it was from searing or the lettuce, but I couldn’t figure it out.
From the original drink order approximately 1 hour later she finally brought my second Pepsi. I had just finished my meal finally.
Overall, doubt that I will return, but maybe it was just a bad day there. I preferred the service and food at Dad’s Garage which is nearby.

We came on a super busy night (Nov 16) when they were short staffed (waitress told us). While it did a long time to get our food, we were warned ahead of time. We decided to stay anyways. The food was good and prices were very reasonable.

There the 30th for five, seated promptly, but it was obvious short of waitresses. A young girl was hostess & one waitress for a full dinning room. There was another woman but she wasn’t a waitress;; I asked her about my drink & she said, she wasn’t the waitress. I saw a couple seated but after awhile,, left! There was a man who served the meals. Don’t get me wrong our waitress was kind & courteous but she was overwhelmed! We enjoyed our meals & desserts.

My husband and I went to Snappers last night for Valentines dinner. I was NEVER so disappointed. We just had dinner there last month, it was fabulous. However it was terrible last night. The filet was chewy and the crab cake was mostly all filling. It was disgusting. I don’t know if they are cutting corners because they are selling or if this is the way the new owners run their restaurant.
