Second time my pizza was burned. The whole family was super hungry. So, we have to eat burned pizza. Is it so difficult to remember that Thin crust should stay less in the oven?? On the box some mark like somebody step on it with dirty shoe. And this everything for 32$!

By far the best pizza I’ve had in a very long time! Had an amazing crust, not too thin not too thick or over proofed. The sauce was well balanced and this made an all around great bite. I would recommend and order again, no questions asked. Great job!

Wow!! Excellent pizza! I had the bbq chicken with light red sauce in a personal 10” size. Once I got it home and bit into it, it was a lot more delicious than I expected! Also the lady at the front was so friendly with a welcoming smile. All around A+

I don’t know what the issue is but every time I order delivery they always forget at least one thing, and of course I want the thing because that’s why it was ordered, and then it takes almost another hour to show up and the food is definitely cold by then. I do enjoy their food a lot, but I’m very fed up with something always missing. You know it’s bad when you refuse to sign the receipt until you check the order in front of the driver and confirm that something is indeed missing.

We ordered a pizza and waited for 1 hour, so far so good. Eager to eat the pizza, we received a pizza that was burnt on the top and bottom. The dough was hard and the filling tasted burnt. They made a big mistake on my delivery. And we still paid $30. Horrible!!

I was ordering Bella once a week for their large pizza special that I usually take to a volunteer center. A few weeks ago I wanted to order for myself and ordered wings with fries. My SO went to pick this order up and I realized he paid $2 extras than what I was expecting. I called and was told whoever took the order charged for a hot sauce 8 oz tub ( I asked for sauce on the side) I asked why since I ordered wings and it comes with a choice of sauce and was told it was a miscommunication and ultimately was told my SO would get the $2 refunded. Well it’s been 3 weeks and no refund has been received.
During the three weeks that have passed I’ve been giving my business to another establishment for my weekly pizza at the volunteer center. I don’t think it was worth losing a customer over $2 but here we are. Too make it really clear, I don’t like any sauce on my wings and that’s why I got the hot sauce on the side to at least give a little flavor to plain wings so having a 8 oz tub of a sauce wasn’t a win for me, it got tossed in the trash.
