This is the best smoothie king I go to period. I have been to at least 8 different smoothie kings throughout Houston and New Orleans due to my job and I can always trust that Autumn will have me taken care of. I order a very complex smoothie with at least 6 to 10 different enhancements or modifications and Autumn has me memorized. I come at least once or twice a week in the morning due to my stomach issues. She is so sweet and caring she will remind me of modifications that I forgot. Also, I had no idea about the app and she happily walked me through it. Now I get so many points added up I get free smoothies all the time. Thankyou so much Autumn! I look forward to seeing you next week!

I come into Smoothie King every single day, and Autumn is absolutely amazing! She knows my order by heart and starts making it as soon as I walk in — I don’t even have to say a word. That level of service really means a lot.

I go by this Dayton location at least 3x a week. My server s always Autumn. Always working alone but is on task getting drive thru and online orders out. I get a bowl and it is always amazing. I have gotten the same at other locations and just don’t compare.

Not impressed with this location. I’ve been to other Smoothie Kings and the service was much better. Inexperienced people working, tip hungry and seems like they would rather joke than take their jobs seriously. I actually threw the drink in the trash and opted for Starbucks further down the road as I don’t think the smoothie was clean, the girl that handed it out of the drive thru window looked as if she put a little something “extra” in it. So I erred on the side of caution and tossed it in the trash and moved on. I won’t be visiting this location ever again which I think was the intent given the service received.

The kids that work her are always cleaning at 7 pm
When they don’t even close until 11. So only 1 team member helps while the other is sloshing around dirty mop buckets in the food prep area . A few of the girls that are extremely nice and always handle most if not all of the work it seems. I love smoothie king, but the Dayton location needs help. These kids need just a little guidance. No one wants to see a restaurant being cleaned and half closed 4 hours before close every time we come.

I like smoothie king. But every time I go, they hand the card reader out of the window because they want me to leave a tip. So I have to swipe my own card. And they get an attitude when you don’t leave a tip. I won’t be coming back to this location anymore..
Test it out for yourself. Go without leaving a tip, and you will not get a smile, you won’t get a have a good day. You’ll get a look, and if looks spoke words, it kinda sounds like stay home unless you tip. I will stay home, it’s not that hard to throw fruit into a blender.

I’ve lived in Dayton most of my life, and I can tell you straight up this Smoothie King is a good stop. Ain’t flashy, ain’t trying to be something it’s not. You walk in, folks greet you, and they get your order right.
