Not the friendliest at all. The food was super below average because they’re focused on speed. When a philly is made as fast as a cold sub, something is wrong. At 11 o’clock, this store also was not clean. Red flag.

Customer service is great and so was the food the second time however the first time I asked for no mushrooms and that it was an allergy I asked when they gave me the sandwich to confirm it didn’t have mushrooms and it did have some mushrooms on it. They remade it no problem but it was frustrating to have to drive all the way back up there and not able to enjoy my sandwich with my spouse because mines got cold waiting to return with her sandwich

If you are looking for something special to eat, I recommend the Philly Cheesesteak, omg is delicious, hot, and amazing. But if you want something different, I recommend the big kahuna. The service was excellent, and the order was ready in a second.

I recently visited this Jersey Mike’s location, and while I still prefer the 1662 Bruce B Downs Blvd spot for their steak subs, I have to say this location still delivers a solid experience. The staff here were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure my order was prepared just right.
One thing I really appreciated was the spacious seating—plenty of room to sit and enjoy your meal without feeling crowded. The atmosphere was also great, clean, and inviting, which made for a nice dining experience.
While I personally feel that the steak at the Bruce B Downs location has a bit more of that perfect taste and texture I love, this location still serves up quality food with the same fresh ingredients Jersey Mike’s is known for. If you’re in the area, it’s definitely worth stopping by!

Normally enjoy good lunch here and would recommend that but don’t order ahead in the app and pickup, waste of time ordered well in advance and showed up 10 minutes after it should be ready, store empty and no other online orders waiting but they hadn’t even started mine, end result waiting for food and late to meeting I was bringing the food to. They didn’t seem to be too worried about their lack of effort either.

We just ordered online for my wife and I had a another another meeting. Thinking since we are about 10 minutes away – Order should be ready when we get there…. The place was not busy – but wife had to wait about 15 minutes after she got there. Another person was also waiting and told them Forget the order and left. We noticed they are putting a person walking up when she was there before we got ours started… Not going back…

I had a good experience and have been there a lot. I’m sure I’ll go back. My reason for not giving 5* comes down to value. Service was great and food was good. However, it’s the most expensive chain sub around. Too many just give 5* just sayin. It’s good not amazing for the cost.

I stopped at this location recently to pick up a Philly Cheesesteak and while I was waiting, had the opportunity to witness the team in action. Every time I visit the team is warm and friendly, but this time was a little different. Jamie was working and I watched her packing up To Go orders and informing the team of her progress, greeting customers picking up their orders in an efficient and friendly way and overall exhibiting a level of customer service I’ve not seen in a long time. Having worked 15 years in retail I know how difficult it is to maintain that level of constant energy and Jamie knocked it out of the park. She is an outstanding Ambassador of the brand!
