Ordered smoothies, slowly, due to particular kids and their orders. Our order was interupted by a customer who cut the drive through line to pay for an already ordered smoothies.. which in my opinion threw off the worker and she was confused and didnt know what my order was… Asked worker if they had a chocolate banana smoothie, was given a suggestion and took it, asked for no turbinado and asked if any protein powder was in it because it was for a child who does not need it. Was told there was, so I asked if I could take it out or if it was needed for flavor, was told I could…so I did. Smoothie taste like nothing, called and was told by Carly the manager that it is needed to give it its sweetness, so in lieu of telling me that while ordering, they sold us a disgusting undrinkable smoothie. Have had an issue every time we have gone to this location. 1 or 2 times I don’t say much. But it is now the 4th consecutive order that has been wrong or tasted gross since going…. Do better.

I’m so happy they opened a Smoothie King in Fulshear! The store is brand new and spotless. I’ve noticed they use fresh ingredients, I’ve seen them cut fresh bananas and strawberries right in front of me. Great location and super convenient. My favorite is the Angel Food in a 32oz… so good!

I visited the location at 6230 FM 1463, in Fulshear on 8-16-25. I ordered a pup cup for my dog Lucy, after leaving the dog park. Needless to say, my dog was hot and thirsty and she so looks forward to getting that pup cup she ALWAYS gets, every single time we visit any Smoothie King location throughout the city of Houston. This was our first time visiting this location, so I was thrilled to try it out! Unfortunately, the “Supervisor “, I assume, told me they don’t give out pup cups without a purchase. I asked him if that was just at this location? Because we Always get Lucy a pup cup, with or without a purchase. Always. I’m at Smoothie King at least 2-3 times a week, every week. So, I Very much know what I’m talking about, concerning those pup cups. He told me again, that no, they don’t give those out without a purchase and that All the stores are like that. I informed him once again that was not true at all and that I would be contacting corporate to get clarity. I was so disappointed and so was my dog Lucy. All of this fuss for one small scoop or two of vanilla yogurt in the tiny little cup it comes in. Sad. To loose a potential customer like myself, one who is Always at Smoothie King somewhere around town. I will never visit this location again, no matter how convenient it is.
