I’ve been to this Smoothie King location a few times now, and I always have a great experience. Gavin was very helpful both visits—he took initiative, stayed attentive, and managed helping customers while making smoothies seamlessly. Sheila was also incredibly sweet and helpful.
The location itself is very convenient, and the staff overall is friendly and professional. One team member wasn’t in uniform, which stood out a bit since the rest of the staff looked very polished, but it didn’t take away from the great service.

Michael and Gavin are awesome very friendly every time I come in. I noticed when I come one of the ladies never in dress code shorts are short from a professional standpoint and I’ve smelled alcohol on her breath. I definitely think smoothie king could tighten up on dress code. As for the blenders they have a lot of them sitting in the back but seems like only 1 or 2 work from the 4-5 they have which isn’t well structured for the employees to properly do their job.

Finally they got the blenders fixed, the young lady Zora I think that’s her name still wears the short shorts the other employees are always professional looking.
