I absolutely love this location. I can’t say enough about the quality smoothies and the service. This is not my regular Smoothie King but it becoming it very quickly. The staff make the experience great. They are so friendly and pleasant every time you go in the store. Emily always has a smile and greets you when you walk in. It doesn’t stop there she can make a fantastic smoothie. Remember all smoothies are not created equal. On the register Felicity is also very pleasant. I can’t say enough about the Mgr. Debbie because a great staff always starts from the top. Debbie is always personable yet professional. She offers suggestions that always makes for a good smoothie. Just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the service and the experience EVERY time!

Immediately welcomed when you stepped in the door ! Everyone had a smile on their face ! The person who really stood out to me was Bj , he told me he made my drink personally and this is the best smoothie i’ve ever had ! 10/10 my avocado toast was delicious too !

I went in today and bought a aci bowl and they didn’t include the bananas and if they diddn’t have any more they could have atleast given me more of the other toppings but no i’m very disappointed

The customer service I experienced was not good. I walked in for a pick up order and no one greeted me or asked if I was there for a pickup order. I assumed everyone was busy but there were three employees there just standing around not helping other customers. After about 5 mins I asked if I was in the right spot for a pickup and the girl just kinda looked at me and signaled another employee to help me. The other employee didn’t say hi or greet me and just asked for my name. The order was ready and he handed it to me. The lack of greeting is unfortunate but them having me wait for no reason without asking me if I needed help was annoying. My bowl was super melted and runny when I got home and I had to throw it in the freezer to try and get it a little solid again. The bill was very watery and not a smoothie texture at all. Very poor service and product.
