The best: Try the salmon tartar. It’s like butter. It was silky, smooth, and delicious. Served with crisp pita bread, you’ll be looking forward to every last crumb. Order it as a light meal with the peach bellini. The good. The pizza fits this category. It’s enough to feed two. The thin crust maintained its “snap” with each bite. The okay: Nanna’s meatballs with pasta was decent but not bragworthy. The bad: This place is dark, crazy dimly lit. I get intimate, but you need a flashlight just to read the menu. Honorable Mention: the cold water and plentiful baskets of hot bread. Plus: You can use your Unity points here.

Very nice Italian gem inside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. Beautiful atmosphere if you’re looking for a romantic evening. I suggest making reservations ahead of time. The pizza is phenomenal and the Sgroppino cocktail is delicious! Very friendly waitstaff as well.

We ate at this restaurant for the 1st time. I ordered chicken Parmesan with a side of pasta. It was one of the worst meals I’ve ever had. The chicken seemed like it was microwaved, it was overcooked, even dark to almost black breading. There was a 2” piece of cheese on the top which wasn’t even melted into the chicken and maybe a teaspoon of sauce. I had to ask for extra sauce to cover it. I ate maybe 5 bites and couldn’t finish it. I was hungry and that’s why I ate the few pieces. I was charged $41.00 for this. The waiter was fine, nothing he did wrong. I will never eat there again or recommend it. The only reason I didn’t complain, is because I didn’t want them to think I was trying to get it comped. For that price, go to Hard Rock Cafe, which was 1,000 times better.

I went to check-in around 8:05PM for my 8:30PM reservation on Wednesday 02/08/23. I dined at Council Oak Steaks & Seafood on Tuesday night, which is Always Outstanding, and wanted to try Cipresso because some of the Hotel Staff recommended the restaurant. The Casino Hosts gave me recommendations, and informed me how good the Meatballs and the Veal Entree were. I approached the Blonde Hostess because I stood there Five minutes, and I was not greeted. She was very rude and dismissive. She stated, ” We are sticking to reservations times right now.” I informed and assured her that I was not trying to get in early… just wanted to give her the courtesy of letting her know that I was there. I walked away, and thought about her rude and dismissive attitude. I walked back, and informed her that I would be cancelling my reservation. I told her that I would go to Council Oak Steaks and Seafood were the Customer Service and Food is Amazing!!! She looked like she could careless. I refuse to spend my money where I am not Appreciated. I opted to go back to Council Oak Steaks & Seafood. I had canceled my 8:45 PM reservation with them, and I explained to them what happened at Cipresso. Not only did the Manager David get me in without a reservation…. he got me my Favorite Waiter Matthew!!! That is what I expect from any Dining establishment on Seminole property…. Amazing Customer Service…. Going Above and Beyond!!!! I ordered My 8oz Japanese Waygu Steak and it was Awesome!!! I am Happy that Council Oak Steaks & Seafood values me as a Customer!!! Cipresso may need to have someone up front who actually greets the guests, and is Warm and welcoming!!! It appears that the Hostess was overwhelmed, and may have been having a bad day and/or week!!! That should never be taken out on a guest. I wish I could give this 0 stars!!!!

Extremely disappointing. Only reason I am not giving a one star is because our waitress, Katy, was extremely kind and understanding. However, this restaurant was very disappointing, to say the least. You pay ridiculous amount of money for food that you expect to be high quality but you get poorly prepared and tasting food. You’re better off going to Olive Garden, same food and for much cheaper. My shrimp ravioli was grainy, the meatballs were dry, the garlic butter served with the complimentary bread had a huge layer of garlic at the bottom and was poorly incorporated into the butter, the bread was hard and stale, and the side of potatoes not only looked unappetizing but were hard as a rock. Would never come here again, extremely overpriced.

Let’s begin with service. Our table was ready at our reservation time and our waiter did a great job. The only downside was how noisy it is. The food was wonderful. I ordered a bottle of “The Prisioner” wine and it was less the many other high end restaurants by anywhere from $20 to $50. We both had the ribeye. I had the espresso crusted ribeye and it was fantastic. We shared the crispy potatoes and they were very good as well. For dessert we had creme brulee and the peanut butter chocolate brownie. Both were very yummy. I suggest getting a reservation if you plan on going on a Friday or Saturday night. I highly recommend Cipresso.

Alright so we ordered fried calamari Caesar salad duck pizza , potatoes and king crab Alfredo . Everything tasted well . I expected a bit more from the duck pizza and king crab Alfredo but the server took care of our needs and that ended everything on a good note . Here are some pictures for a peace of mind oh and they didn’t have a spot available for 7:30 pm but I requested it online and they accepted easily . I got in exactly at 7:30 pm cheers. Shout out to flynn our server

Cipresso is located in the Seminole Hard Rock Casino area near the Events Center. It is an Italian Restaurant that also offers first come bar seating. Without a reservation, our wait for two at dinnertime on a Friday night was only approximately 30 minites. My husband and I grabbed dinner before our concert. We were here to see JBLZE, or Jason Bonham’s Led Zeppelin Experience, which was absolutely incredible. The food here was fresh and delicious. A bit pricey at $42 for one dish, but Snow Crab Alfredo was phenomenal. There was a six dollar upcharge since I let my husband share. We didn’t get an extra plate, so this charge was bogus, in my opinion. The meatballs appetizer was incredible. The fresh butter had garlic paste underneath. The drinks were grossly overpriced at $19 for one Sangria. But at least it was delicious and complimented the meal well. The bartenders were very friendly and our service was delightful and not rushed. Overall, this was a great dining experience. The best part, as always, was sharing all of this with my Gorgeous Husband. Bow Chica Wow Wow!

Happened upon this place whilst perusing the casino. The bar looked fun so we took a seat. John greeted us (he looked vaguely like “The Rock” but we didn’t tell him that!) He offered his likes/loves from the menu. We both ordered a beverage then an appetizer which was mozzarella sticks. The appetizer came out and as John put it “these ain’t your Applebees mozzarella sticks!” And man…they were DELICIOUS!! We then ordered the Crab pasta (not sure what the formal name was) and we were blown away at how fresh tasting and delicious it was!!! We shared the food as we both are pretty light eaters and I’m glad we did as the portions are not small. The whole bar staff was friendly and fun to talk to. Definitely would recommend for a nice meal.
