I went in the other evening with my friends and 3 of us were under-portioned. The poor guy was by himself drowning in online orders, a drive through line, and customers walking in, so I understand he under-portioned to cut time but it is still unacceptable. We left because we saw how busy he was and didn’t want to make it harder on him since he was already visibly shaken up. This store was not rush ready at all.

Every morning i order a smoothie and Joe is there it is the most pleasant experience, not only is he always swamped with orders, but he is always in the best mood while doing so. He never makes me feel forgotten about, as he lets me know how the process is going and how long it should take him to finish it up. Joe is the best 10/10 i even told my coworker to go to this location instead 🙂

Usually smoothie king is top notch with their service and the whole experience but not this location.
It takes a long time to get your order even if you order ahead in the app you’ll likely still wait at minimum 5 minutes. If you order through the drive through expect 10 minutes minimum. Also they don’t say hi at the menu of the drive through and I wasn’t even sure they were open.
Not friendly at all and I’d rather go out of my way than go to this location.

Joe & Alex always take good care of me. I’ve seen so many employees turn over at this location, as I’m a daily regular. However since Joe has started working here I can always expect consistent, professional & exceptional service! My favorite stop for a high protein meal on the go

I came in this afternoon and spoke with Joe. He was super friendly and a wealth of knowledge. I was really impressed hearing about how much he know about the menu and all of the different options. I will definitely be coming back here again in the future and I highly recommend this Smoothie King location.

We ordered 44 oz daily warrior – the person working their was completely off and talking to someone in the store being a customer over their but did not pay attention to order and gave me 1/2 full smoothie. This review is just to make sure that they pay attention to the job for what they are getting paid for. Picture attached here.

Smoothie King has always been one of my go-to spots for a quick boost, especially when I want something high in protein that doubles as a meal replacement. I stopped at this location with those same expectations, ordering a protein-heavy smoothie I’ve had at other stores, but the experience didn’t quite measure up. The flavor was off compared to what I’m used to, almost like the balance of ingredients wasn’t right, and it left me wishing it had the same punch as other locations I’ve tried.
The bigger issue was the wait. Smoothie King is usually about convenience, grab-and-go nutrition that fits into a busy day. Here, the drive-thru took a really long time, long enough that it stood out compared to the quick service I normally associate with the brand. It’s not the end of the world, but it chipped away at the experience.
What makes it tough is that I know how good Smoothie King can be. They offer a wide variety of smoothies, from fruity refreshers to full-on protein blends, and most locations nail the consistency. That’s why I still gave it five stars overall….the brand itself has been great for me over the years. This location just didn’t ring the bell the way others have. Hopefully, with a little more attention to prep and speed, it can match the level I’ve come to expect.
