Wonderful little cafe everything there is gluten free. Almost all dairy free too. Many vegan options. Awesome place for healthier options. Many different wraps, salads, quality protein powders in variety of smoothies. Soup specials every week and a great bakery less sugars but very tasty. Staff kind courteous and always willing to adapt for your special dietary needs. Also on the site natural path doctors and massage therapy. Lots of good things going on go check them out.

Great little café, off the beaten track in the lower level of Crossroads Physical Therapy.
The staff is fantastic and they serve delicious, healthy food! There is a wide variety of gluten free wraps, soups, baked goods etc.
I have been numerous times and have never been disappointed. The staff will gladly make your sandwiches, smoothies, pizzas, etc. according to your dietary needs.
If you are looking for healthy, fresh and delicious food or are on a specialized diet, this is the place to try.

The food is delicious, muffins are to die for. However, what is up with the Christian iconography all over the place? Outside looks like a cloister with statues of Saints, a gigantic Cross and even the stations of the Cross. I was completely weirded out. Definitely not an inviting atmosphere for those of different faiths.
