Ordered a strawberry banana gladiator and when I received the drink in the drive through it was white a taste like a banana smoothie. She said she put strawberry in it but their strawberry isn’t red it’s white. Well I know this isn’t true because I get it all the time. But she wasn’t interested in fixing it. I never leave negative reviews if I can avoid it, but this was singlehandedly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a fast food place. I looked online and checked to see their hours for Saturday’s, and it said they open at 8. I ordered on the app around 8:30 and went to the store only to find out they were closed. No biggie, I’ll give some grace. AN HOUR LATER I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. I can’t recommend the location any less. I guess Im out 10 bucks cause I refuse to wait any longer for a smoothie. And don’t worry, I filled out multiple complaints on the surveys I took. I will be going out of my way to let everyone know not to order at this location. Do better.

Sumer and Saniya are exceedingly amazing at their jobs, the customer service was amazing friendly and most importantly funny! They deserve bonuses for how they handled me and this smoothie (Pineapple Surf) is amazing! 10/10 would recommend !

They’re not making the smoothies correctly. The customer service remains TERRIBLE. The employees do not know how to interact properly. I am done with this place but kept coming — each time either a smoothie tasted like it was missing ingredients/flavors or the employees were just weird. The Newer white kid that works there needs to learn professionalism.

I’m currently on a weight loss journey and wasn’t sure what to order, but she took the time to explain everything and help me find a smoothie that fit my goals.
