This was our second visit to this IHOP. The prices have increased significantly since we last visited. A soda is $4.09. I ordered the Spicy Pablano Eggs Benedict ($17.49) without the fajita mix. Eggs over medium. Extra crisp hasbrowns. The server came back and made me confirm that was what I wanted because kitchen did not know how to poach Eggs over medium. I confirmed. We waited for approx. 20 minutes. When our breakfast was finally served, they DROWNED my entire plate in Hollandaise sauce. We left without eating. We will not be back.

It was awful let me just start from the beginning! So we sat for like 25min after they said a 20min wait. Then one of my family members went up and said “we got here before them” and told them everything then after we wait another 5min we are seated. Then our server says “you’re my only table so I be here when you need me” or something like that. Then she takes our drink order I say “water with lemon” she says “any lemon?” I just say yes like sometimes you don’t hear whatever. But then she leaves and we are all out of water for 5+min. Then about 30min later she comes back and brings us water. Then she isn’t back for 30+min so anyway it should have been 1hr that we were there it was 3hrs. And the food sucks!! And we tried to pay with a $100 and she said “we can’t get change it will be 5-10min” my dad said “what’s the problem?” She said “my manager needs to be the one to do it and she’s cooking” like what manager cooks?! DO NOT GO TO IHOP!!!!

Can’t rate the food as we never got seated, went at 11:20 at night front door slammed loud enough to wake the dead,sign said please wait to be seated stood there for 10 minutes never saw a worker yelled hello and a couple sitting at a table said hello back and told us good luck that if you ever get seated the service is just as bad. Was looking forward to it but went to Denny’s

We were the only people there when we went in for a late lunch. Our waitress was super nice and put up with our mess of kids plus obnoxious men very well. Food came out quickly and everything was perfect!

I ordered 2×2×2 (2 eggs 2 bacon 2 pancakes I substituted for 1 crepe)
Daughter ordered 2 eggs 1 piece of French toast 4 sausage and 2 pancakes

The service was not good. Our waitress was taking forever and when we asked for refills on drinks she forgot. We found multiple hairs in all of our eggs (5 different sets of eggs). The food was also cold. The main thing was hair in eggs and that’s not okay and pretty gross to happen in every single dish.

Friendly staff, amazing food that looked and tasted great, comfortable place to relax. We live out in the country side like 1.5 hrs away among the cows and were in town for medical treatments, this was exactly what we needed to unwind, relax, and feel nourished both body and soul.

Was over priced and a poor experience. Party of 6 and none of us were impressed. The coffee was very watered-down and looked like tea. When they replaced it, they didn’t bring me another small pot, they only filled up my cup. So I didnt get the coffee I paid for. Very long wait getting the order, out of the hour we were there, 40 min of it waiting on pancakes and chicken/waffles. The main menu items….
During that hour. The waitress only came and checked on us one time, our cups stayed empty. It was very difficult to get her attention or find her. The orders were cold and not correct, and they forgot part of it. Upon requesting regular syrup and creamer, she said no problem and never brought them. There wasn’t enough silverware and she kept forgetting to bring us one. I could understand if they were busy, however they were not. Won’t be going back to this location. Didn’t complain. Just paid the bill and left.
