Ordered from Uber eats and got the cinnamon bites. All I got was the bites – no caramel or cream cheese dip.also got the spinach and mushroom omelette and there was no hollandaise sauce.

I came here for my birthday because I was given a gift card. We haven’t been here since Covid so I was shocked to see how high their prices are now, I was also bummed they discontinued their flavored syrups. Upon walking in I noticed how filthy the place was from ceiling to the floor. I told my husband I wanted to leave and go else where but since we already ordered our drinks he wanted to stay. Our food itself was ok but deff not worth what they charge. Than to top it all off when we went to pay we were told we couldn’t use my gift card because their system was down. Looks like I’ll be re gifting the card because I don’t plan on ever visiting this place again.

Have not been here in a long time. We were pleasantly surprised the pungent odor of urine was gone, which was the reason we had quit eating there. The menu had changed significantly it is no longer a standard american style breakfast but more of an upscale version, which for us was a disappointing change. That being said the we did manage to order a traditional breakfast and very much enjoyed our meal.

Ordered bacon, blueberry pancakes, chocolate chip pancakes, and a biscuit. Chocolate chip pancakes came out without the chocolate chips. Blueberry pancakes came out uncooked in the center. Bacon came out with solidified grease still on the strips from where it had sat. Server let our drinks run dry and didn’t not check up one time outside of taking the order and delivering the food. The entire service staff carries out personal conversations with eachother across the dining room. Servers were making catty comments toward eachother. We were sat right outside the kitchen and listened to servers be rude and hateful just inside the kitchen door our entire meal. I walked out. What was once my favorite place is garbage. If zero stars was an option, you’d get that.

We don’t eat at IHOP often, but the gf pancakes are awesome. The chocolate chips weren’t mixed into the batter but still yummy. My mom and other daughter had pancake tacos that looked super fun and they raved about the taste. We like crispy bacon and they happily fried it to perfection. Friendly people working. Enjoyed our stop.

The worst experience I have had at IHOP. Everything cold. Stuff I paid extra for, I didn’t receive at all. I paid $100 for IHOP to scrape up the cold leftovers and deliver to me.

I would not recommend coming to this IHOP. Server was a nice enough guy, but he got our order wrong twice. The food was terrible, too burnt to eat and nothing was cooked to specifications. Asked to speak with the manager and had them remove the item from the order. Paid the manager and still tipped because I remember what it was like to be a server. I also believe that as manager, you should set the example for your employees and this manager did not. As we’re walking out, we were asked in the parking lot if we paid for the order. Very embarrassing and we will not be coming here again.

The food took waaay to long to come out. There were only a couple tables of people there when we got there and people who got there after us got their food first. Don’t know if the y didn’t have enough help in the kitchen or what but some got up and left because they hadn’t got their food.

You can tell the manager here sucks. She had a scowl on her face the entire time we were eating there and you can tell she runs the operation more like a dictator than a leader. As a customer, I felt very uncomfortable for myself and for the employees. I am only giving this place a 4 star review because of our awesome waitress who helped us and made sure we were taken care of.
