I ordered an angel food with pineapples online. Picked up my smoothie. Get home. Not an angel food with pineapples. Drive back to smoothie king inform them I have the wrong smoothie. Get to the window , she rudely asks for the smoothie, slammed it in the garbage and handed me the correct smoothie. The rudeness was uncalled for. I won’t patronize there again.

Why do they ask what smoothie you have after charging your card.
Why do they not always follow instructions for making each smoothie?
Today we went in and was asked what we ordered as she was giving receipt. I told her the receipt showed yogurt delight almond mocha.
After we drove away, I was asked if it tasted correct. I tasted a sweet bland liquid that was not a smoothie, much less what was ordered.
I am fed up with this location. I would rather drive across town to a different location than to deal with incompetence.
I have complained before but apparently to no avail.
Sad that a place of this stature provides such poor service.

I waited about 20 mins and understood that they were busy. I was told to pull up, so I did and waited about 3 more minutes. Again, I understand. However, I waited all that time for an under blended chunky slushie.

My car broke down In the drive through at 20:00 at 8/16/2020 and the night time staff helped me tremendously by providing me with water and a phone to call help since mine had died and even offered to help push my car in neutral. They deserve a raise, pat on the back and the tip i dropped off in the fullest. They also made a great smoothie
