There’s one particular employee (blonde hair girl) who is very unpleasant. The first time I encountered her, she was unable to scan my app, so she grabbed the phone out of my hand. On top of that, my drinks were never full when I ordered a 40 oz. I never said anything and just took the drink. Tonight (7/29, a little past 8:30pm) was the same employee– I ordered (2) 40 oz, it was a significantly low amount in one of the cup so I said sorry and I explained my concern…she gave a gesture with her hand…”Give it to me”, took the drink, and gave it to her other coworker. I honestly don’t know what they put in the drink to fill it up so quickly when it wasn’t full initially. Not once was she apologetic or nice about giving my drink back. Lack of customer service for sure.
This is probably the third time this has happened at this location. The customer service email doesn’t work either.

When I walked into the store I was greeted with a huge smile and felt so welcomed! I got a small strawberry guava lemonade refresher with out fruit and I think everyone should give it a try! The lady who made it just seemed so happy! The refresher is amazing and I hate to say it but I might start getting them daily!

I can’t believe what happened to me today this customer service young lady was so unprofessional I explained to her at the window 2 separate order she refused to do so I order a Hulk she gave me a Caribbean Way she said she couldn’t charge me separately the computer wouldn’t she was screaming at she forgot to give me straws when I ask she said she did I search all over none I don’t know why I keep coming to luling to deal with ppl like her Destrehan is excellent she has the worst attitude ever she knows nothing about customer service I told her she was holding up the line but she didn’t care she tried to jerk my receipt out my hand just because I ask her I’m going to check to see how much was the hulk then she said you didn’t order that so I just pull of because the nurses was waiting on their drinks
