I went and purchased the toast with fruit at 8am on 1-14-26, Dereon and Jaeda The young ladies who worked were very kind and the service was awesome ❤️. Very positive but, the presentation of the toast was what was most shocking. I am a smoothie King fanatic and have been to multiple smoothie kings in the New Orleans, Westbank and kenner area. This smoothie king toast looked better than the picture on the menu and tastes awesome. I had double back to order an extra toast because I wasn’t sharing mines I wish I could have taken a picture on this review, because that’s how pretty the toast is y’all. It was warm, fruits fresh, and pretty to eat. These ladies need a raise Had to give an review, thanks for the great service ladies, keep up the great work ✨✨

I went to smoothie king around 11am this morning I waited about 5 minutes for someone to take my ordered I got an bee berry sting smoothie bowl I waited 10 minutes at the window to receive this didn’t have no mangos it had pineapples instead and it was very watery I spent 13.48 to get this I normal don’t have any problems when I go there but today I did I couldn’t enjoy it at all I’m normal customer at that store

Had a few times where our order was messed up. Wasn’t enough ice in my smoothie and Ingredients were off. Gave it another try and was disappointed as I dont want a warm smoothie. Not going back to that location anymore.

I have a terminally ill family member that’s unable to eat food normally so she has a smoothie everyday. We order a weeks worth at a time on Upsize Friday and freeze them. The calories and protein from the Hulk smoothies are what has kept her alive for the past year. I’m so thankful for Smoothie King and for her doctor for suggesting it! Keep up the great work.

Went in to order my Hulk smoothie and got it and it was so watery. I asked if it could be made thicker and the manager Andre caught the ugliest attitude with me. He started huffing and puffing and slamming things while remaking my smoothie. Smoothie King on Manhattan Blvd. Will never have to worry about me as a customer ever again.
