We were cheerfully seated and given menus. However, no waitstaff came to our table for 10-15 min. even though several walked by or were sitting at the end of the bar looking at their phone. We felt invisible! My husband finally went up to the bar and asked if we could be helped. The waiter then came over right away and took our drink order. He apologized to us and later told us our server had been in the bathroom! Not something we needed to hear about! The lobster roll was made from very small pieces of dry lobster meat on a hot dog roll and was disappointing. The fries were plentiful but undercooked and limp. But, we really enjoyed the cole slaw! We wanted iced tea but were told they didn’t have any so we ordered the “light” lemonade which was indeed light…not much flavor at all. My husband said his steamers were okay, but we did notice some of the clams hadn’t ever opened during steaming. Sorry to say this wasn’t the best meal we’ve ever had, and we would be hard pressed to recommend this place in the future.

Sarah the bartender made our experience over 4 of July weekend so uncomfortable by the way she was treating other staff members. And this was clearly normal/acceptable behavior as she has no qualms about the way she was speaking in front of guests. I reached out to management privately about the matter and never got a response.

Lots of options for food in the area. My wife in particular loves the fried shrimp tacos here. Sadly this year it was off the menu replaced by a friend fish taco which was also good but not as good as the shrimp version. In any case it is a nice spot to grab lunch and a margarita! Outside seating is also available here.

Never write reviews but felt I needed to share this. Showed up on a slow Wednesday night, plenty of open tables. The hostess brought us outside and when we got to the table, handed my 21 year old girlfriend a kids menu with crayons. Then laughed in our faces and brought back an adult menu. We laughed it off and thought it was weird. We proceeded to sit there for 15 minutes and had two different waitresses walk past us several times. Great service guys.

Visited here twice during bike week. Obviously the area is very busy however we had only a 30 minute wait 1st time and no wait 2nd time. Waitress was nice and attentive, food was yummy and affordable. We didn’t get anything fancy but enjoyed what we ordered. Hubby’s burger was cooked to his preference.

Was there on July 3 with husband and grandson. Walking up to the restaurant and viewing 3 tables empty with tons of leftover dishes and glasses..nit to mention the napkins and paper straws in the ground…horrible first impression. However, we wanted seafood and wanted to sit outdoors so we chose this restaurant. Bindhi and Juan (spelling ?) Were exceptional. Did wait quite a long time for our beverages, had to go inside to inquire, but came out right away. Food was delish. I put blame on management for not providing adequate training on how to clear those tables…trying to juggle all the glasses and plates etc. You almost lost an $80 bill and could have been worse. I could have been from corporate or a food inspector….remember, first impressions are essential.

We had a fantastic meal here with our 14 month old son. Sarah provided fantastic service and the chef was able to cater to our sons allergies. The views were great from the upstairs too.

I’m convinced this place is run by people who were rejected in high school and never got over it.

They had issues with the ice maker, so out of all slushy drinks. I then chose a raspberry tea, and they were out of all teas. Just stuck with water. Great place and the maple salmon that I got was amazing.
