We went in for our first time to Smoothie King this afternoon, and we had a great experience. I used a coupon, and asked for extra empty cups so I could split it between my kids, and the server split them for me. A small gesture, but meaningful to me. And I had misordered my daughter’s preference, but when the server found out, he made us a replacement for free. I took off a star for atmosphere because for my first time ordering, I felt very lost. The store had a strange layout, and the menu is quite overwhelming. But the server helped us find the basics and I was able to proceed from there.

Do not go to this smoothie King the young staff truly don’t care they’re just there for a job. They’re not paying attention just having fun. Ordered an online through the app. Absolutely got the wrong shake. Wrong flavor. Will not be returning to this location ever again. Will continue to support other locations. I’ve never had a problem within 15 years.

Great experience! It’s been a while since I’ve been to a smoothie king so I decided to stop in! I didn’t know I had two choices of an Immune builder, I just saw it on the app briefly and decided to try! I asked the girl which one was best, I appreciate her honesty when she said she hadn’t had it and I went with the berry! It’s really good! The staff was friendly and the smoothie is super yummy! I Ordered a small and it was the perfect size! I will definitely be back to try another!

Cancelled my order and process of getting it resolved is a NIGHTMARE. They use a mix of door dash, uber eats and if the driver cancels for whatever reason, they tell you to reach out to smoothie king for any concerns. There was no offer to try delivery again. They told me to order it again on the app and refund will get slow processed within eventually. Since I used rewards, there is no solution to use again now also. Will not order from here again. I ordered from Parkville location yesterday without any problems at all.

Gave them the second chance they deserved, and they proved why they deserve it. Smoothie was spot on, tried something different from last time
I’m including a pic of my latest smoothie, please keep in mind I had already taken some monster sips on it.
Update and Edit. I have not been back yet to give this store another go yet, however after talking to the owner of this location after my initial bad review. I can’t help but give 5 stars, I have zero doubt my next trip here which will be later today will be fantastic. I worked as a retail manager for over a decade and never have I contacted a customer or had any manager contact me in the way the owner of this location contacted me.
To put it simply, the owner loves and breathes this store. Our conversation had the personal touch, the true personal touchtt. We exchanged 2 or 3 emails. It was explained to me (in the best way possible) that the cup you get for a 40oz smoothie is actually a 44oz cup.This in my book leaves some room for the maker of the smoothie, and if it isn’t quite touching the top or the lid then that’s actually normal, I also learned that when making smoothies with protein the proteins can actually make a huge difference. They will make the smoothie either fluff up or compress down. Meaning they may be giving you more than what you order and it could still look like less.
Like I said earlier I will be at this smoothie king later today and will only change this post if it doesn’t live up to the standards i’m expecting it to.
Please note, I’ve always been treated great at this location, so they are not lacking in great customer service.

My kids tried smoothie King for the first time. We got a custom sugar-free smoothie and it tasted phenomenal. The workers were kind and helpful and they made a point to immediately clean up any messes. The staff also had great recommendations for what to try and what was good. And that is why my kids and I rated this Smoothie King five stars.
