Ultimate Touch Cleaning
Great food, awesome prices, amazing staff. It’s a nice place downtown that won’t charge you a fortune for a nice meal. They just opened in the Chase building, down in the basement, but I’ve been here twice and I haven’t been disappointed. Everything’s fresh, with generous portion sizes. What’s really cool is they’ll customize ANYthing for you- just ask!

Quick lunch spot. Most customers are on their lunch break so staff is very quick to take orders and make the food. It does take a few minutes for the order to be made because they make everything to order. They have lots of different soups and a salad bar with fresh good ingredients. My favorite is the brisket and the quesadilla but I think I would like almost everything on their menu.

The staff is friendly, the food is excellent, and the prices are reasonable. I work in the building and have lunch here several times a week. Highly recommend the salad bar, the chicken salad wrap, and the BBQ pulled pork sandwich. Wonderful lunch spot!
Also, I have never witnessed the staff being rude, but I have noticed several entitled customers. Don’t let negative reviews scare you away. This place is a gem.

Yes, the food is good. But the hospitality is beyond lacking. I have never been to a place where I, the customer, was treated like I was a problem for being there. The chefs preparing the food were rude to the young woman who was taking orders even though she was the only nice person working. I can make delicious sandwiches at home. I can go to other places to get delicious sandwiches. I don’t go out to eat for good food alone, I also like to be treated nicely and know that I am financially supporting a place that treats it’s workers nicely. The men who run this shop do not do this, at all. Go get a good sandwich somewhere else and support a business that likes you and the people who work there.

I frequent this establishment often but after today I’m unsure about going back. I went in to get soup. I picked the medium soup that I wanted and placed it in the white bag with my spoon and cracker selection. I went to the counter to pay and told the manager/cashier that I had a medium soup. He basically asked me if I was sure?!? He also proceeded to say that it’s hard to see through the bag. Sir….. if I wanted a large I would have purchased a large. I’m hoping that he was just having a ruff day and doesn’t treat others as he did. Next time I’ll wait to place the soup in the bag because I wouldn’t want him to think that I’m getting a few extra ounces for free! Do better…

I rolled in two minutes before they closed, the guy behind the counter was super kind and did not make me feel rushed at all. Got half a BLT and ate it there, again no sense of rushing me out. Great food, great service, saved my life needing a quick snack before court next door!

I work in the building this cafe is located in and I’ve always liked everything I’ve ordered from here. Usually the staff is friendly, however, my coworkers and I have had multiple bad experiences with the owner. He can be very condescending and rude. Most recently, their Diet Coke and Pepsi cans have been expired for some time, I’ve had 3 bad ones. I tried to let someone know and was shut down and cut off by the owner. “It’s a can of pop, there’s nothing I can do. I have food to make.” Diet soda artificial sweetener breaks down quicker than regular soda, you cannot bulk order for a whole year. The diet soda will be bad in a few months. This specific can is 9 months old. Please rotate your inventory and/or be more patient with friendly customers, I was not rude at all. Other than that, the food is good and it’s very convenient and quick.

Not even done eating my Sandwich…but had to leave a review! Excellent place, I ordered the Deli Club. Very fresh. The staff there are very friendly and inviting. This was my first time there. My coworkers all spoke highly of their soups. The soups looked and smelled delicious. I will be back for more!!

This place is in a basement location that is hard to get to. Once you’re familiar it is a fantastic place for lunch. Their sandwiches are fantastic but their beef brisket is outstanding, Their Cuban sandwich and daily specials are where it’s at. This lunch spot is LEGIT.
