Girl working today in the black winter coat and long brown pony tail has zero sense of urgency. Watched her co-worker bust through about 4 orders while she lolly gagged her one order. Couldn’t even be bothered to say “hello” when walking in. Don’t reccomend.

This is at least the 3rd time I’ve been to this location, well after their posted opening time, and they’ve been closed. It’s very annoying when you drive 10 – 15 minutes expecting to get a smoothy and are met with closed store. Today I was there at 8:25 am, 25 minutes after the opening time, and there was nobody home. Giving them 2 stars because other than this I like the staff. I wish they had a drive up but the location just isn’t set up for it.

UPDATE: Today I placed an order via the app for this location. The order went through fine, but the store was closed when I got there to pick it up. It was 7:45 am, 45 minutes after their open time! There are no signs on the door noting a change of hours. This is not the first time this has happened either (see my previous post). You guys lost an everyday smoothy customer. I want my money back – not a credit, an actual refund to my card.

Ok so where to start. This is what I paid 13.70 today. Upon requesting to speak to someone about it I was told this is how it is filled. THIS IS NOT how they are to be filled. I get the bowl at least 1x a week from both my same location and different. This is NOT how full they are to be. The manager of the Cottleville location proceeded to tell me that this is how full they are supposed to be. That the base of it is supposed to be up to the crown with the fruit then filled on top. You can blatantly see in the picture that the base of the ball is not even to the top of the crown. They then would not hear me in stating that I would like to send this picture to them so that they could see how poorly their employee actually did what they are stating they should have done. They refused to do that or accommodate my request. They then told me that other places must not be following protocol by filling it as full as I’m stating that they do. As full as I’ve seen them be time and time again. Anytime that I’ve had an issue with one of these not being as full as they should be and I’ve approached the store, it has been remade. They’ve also apologized profusely and told me that it should be up to the edge. The manager of the Cottleville store then told me that the cost of the fruit and everything is becoming an issue so they are working on how to maintain that. Which includes putting less food in each bowl. Let me say that again, TO CHARGE YOU THE SAME BUT PUT LESS FOOD IN THE BOWL!! So they will continue to charge ppl 13$ for less than half a full bowl. DO NOT GO HERE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

*edited to add: just came in today to try again… my review decreased actually. I walked in RIGHT behind the owner and he let the door shut RIGHT in my face. He walked in, went straight to the back and didn’t speak to anyone. Literally diabolical for someone running a business. The workers were friendly and pleasant. Which I’m sure is hard to maintain with such a displeasing person as an owner. The rest of my review still stands.

This is my least favorite location. There are always a bunch of kids working in here who are always playing around: my order at this location has never been correct and it always has to be adjusted. They do not seem to know basic information either- for example, why a reward won’t work (rules to its use) even if it is not listed as to why. If you want efficient
, accurate and/or timely service, this is likely not the location to choose.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Reilly and Logan. They were both so kind and helpful. You could tell that they really love their jobs! And they’re good at them! My smoothie was delicious! This is my favorite Smoothie King location and I’ll definitely be back!

Ordered a mobile order. ETA is for 10-15 minutes. I get there in about 10 minutes. I walk in the door and do not see a single employee or my drink. When I walk in the door I see 4 people walk from the back and that’s when my order started being made. I choose to order from the mobile app so I can walk in and just grab my drink as that’s the entire point. A little frustrating and all I got was a “sorry we will make it now”
