I’ve been to all the smoothie places in Kalmazoo and Portage area. Im not going to name the one I was going to but I thought it was not the best but the best around here. I don’t write bad reviews for places unless they really screw me over. I just don’t write them a review. Well I went here today which I’ve probably passed a million times but never noticed it. And I’m glad I did the roads are bad and where I usually go its 10 min more away. When I came in the atmosphere was welcoming and the place was clean. I was welcomed by Jordan and Austin. They need to teach places what customer service is. They have good personalities and people skills unlike a lot of places I’ve been to. The menu was straight forward I still had some questions and they didn’t act like I was annoying they took the time to explain everything to me. I got the Pure Recharge Mango strawberry but I got half the recharge and recharge is pure caffeine so instead of 200mg of it I got 100mg. I also added energy which is the Panax Ginseng. Ginseng is a natural herbal supplement that gives you energy. I also got the Ginkgo Biloba which I’m glad they have its to help concentration. I need this smoothie so bad its a life saver I have a crap load of stuff to do today and I need both energy and mental clarity. I totally recommend going here they have a variety of different smoothies and they can also add or take stuff away from one so you get exactly what you want. Jordan and Austin they were still nice to me even after I wasn’t able to tip because I didn’t have cash! I do recommend being able to pay with card and still being able to tip. Oh yeah one last thing the menu shows how much calories is in each smoothie! Perfect for the weeks Im calorie counting. Well I’ve said enough so people I recommend if you come to bring some cash so you can tip. Hope you check this place out you wont be disappointed and hopefully Jordan and Austin are workin I was having a really crappy horrible morning and when I left i had a smile on my face with a yummy smoothie 🙂

so disgusting I had to write a review. I genuinely couldn’t IMAGINE spending $15 on an açaí bowl with tons of additions just for it to taste like nuts, which I didn’t add to my order and didn’t see in the ingredients, so I am assuming is part of their granola which is disgusting and extremely overpowering. I got this for free because my job offers free lunches sometimes, but I would be PISSED if I spent $15 and received this. I was pissed receiving this for free! I could throw this together for less than $10 and have multiple disgustingly tasted servings. I will NEVER spend my money here, this place is a joke. this place seems like an easy cash grab for people that want to be healthy

I come to smoothie king A LOT I have never had a complaint. When the smoothie bowls came out they were amazing and they were filled. This is NOT okay though I pay 11.99 for a smoothie bowl for them to barely have any smoothie in them!? I bought one for my mom and me and paid 26$ I also paid a 1.25$ for extra peanut butter for them to not put any extra on. When I called the store they told me that this is just how it’s made now and offered me 50% off on my next smoothie bowl. How is that a fix? Make them better or don’t make them at all.

If it wasn’t $20 for two smoothies I would definitely give this establishment Five Stars, unfortunately they’re probably loosing lots of business due to the extremely over priced smoothies here, if they were 100% organic that would be one thing but they are not.
We will probably return to this location again in the future however we’d definitely need to find some cupons 1st to help make the visit more affordable.
