The smoothies here used to be so good! I have no clue what happened to this place, but it needs to be fixed. I paid for a smoothie, not ice! The entire bottom of my “smoothie” was nothing but ice, making it dang near impossible to drink. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. I think I’m officially done with Smoothie King.

Not so nice customer service. When we walked in a man and lady got up from the tables and went behind the counter. No greeting when we walked in. The lady walked over to the counter and asked do I know what I want or need more time. No hello or how are you or can I take your order. The restrooms NASTY!! When she was finished with the order she asked were we eating there and if so we had to go because they were locking the doors soon. The food was ok despite the service!

Not very friendly, the two employees there just randomly shut down the store so they can take their lunches together. They sit inside together and refuse to take orders. The Westfield location is miles better.

I absolutely love stopping at this location. Aabha and Sahil are very attentive, kind, and friendly and my orders are always on time and delicious. I always plan to stop here when my route takes me this way because the service is second to none, and I would recommend this location to anybody and everybody.

Around 4:30pm EST on 11/26/25 we pulled up to the Zionsville Whitestown location and the automated voice asked us what we wanted so we ordered but no one replied, so we pull up to see a female worker laying down on chairs. She sees us in the car and stares at us, not getting up. So we pull back around and finally a guy comes up to the window. The girl stayed sleeping on the chair. The last time we were here, the same girl told us that the system was down and we didn’t believe her. This proves that she just did not want to work. Spend more money on good employees.

The Smoothie King in Whitestown, IN, on your app you should have that the Whitestown location on does drive thru only on Fridays thru rest of the week you can go inside. Though I don’t see why you can have the inside open on Fridays as well as the rest of the week. I won’t be going to this Smoothie King anymore. usually there is a line in drive thru and you can only go way in and out of thos location,

I’d give 0 stars if that was an option. Now listen … I pulled up to the drive thru at 3:56 PM on Sunday, Dec 21. The lady answered the drive thru speaker and said they were in lunch break and weren’t taking any orders. I drive past the front, they’re sitting in the chairs, leaned back against the window playing on their phones. I see based off reviews this isn’t the first time this has happened either.
