Ordered online and went inside to pick up my order. Took my bag to the car to check and the fries were left out. Went back inside and got the fries I ordered. When I got home I noticed some of the dippers were floppy. Several of them were straight raw on the inside. Never had this problem before, very unfortunate.

I have a family of 5 and therefore have placed some large orders at this Buffalo Wild Wings. I have tried many flavors of the bone-in wings. I do like spicy things so I enjoyed the “Mango Habanero” and “Original Buffalo” (hot). I really enjoyed the flavor “Golden Fire”. The “Lemon Pepper” is always a good one to try and my kids enjoy the “Garlic Parmesan”. The wings are large, some very large to the point of me questioning what kind of freak giant chicken it came from. The fries are always good and crispy. I have always ordered online and my order has always been correct however…..they are always late. On all 3 of my last online orders they have been over 10 min late. So inside the small restaurant there are always a ton of ppl standing waiting for their orders. Very disappointing. I took a star off for that. I compared it to Wing Stop and I think that is an all around better choice.

Very rude. Online is very misleading. I place an order under mild and receive a very hot bbq instead of mild bbq. Came back to replace it with a more mild bbq instead. They give me a very me hard time and gave me extra 10 pieces of the same hot bbq. I even told them I’ll pay extra but instead they told I had to place a new Order. I will not come back. I only came because they are the one open on Christmas

We get takeout for lunch here every couple of weeks. We usually get boneless wings but sometimes classic chicken sandwich or bone in wings.
The last few times, including today, we were disappointed. The boneless wings seem to be getting smaller. Some are barely nuggets. Frequently there is little or no sauce on the wings. They’re basically dry. Today we only got two of the 4 blue cheese dip containers and one was only half full (see photo).
The chicken sandwich was hot, crispy and the bun was fresh. The sandwich is much more reliably good than the boneless wings.

Cashier told me I couldn’t place an order in the restaurant . Told me to place my order online . As I waited for my order I noticed that everyone else that came into the restaurant got their order taken . I feel like I was being discriminated against I will not spend my money here again

I ordered spicy wing and they gave me golden fire sauce. I didn’t knew it was sweet. I thought golden fire is hot. I told them if they could kindly remake my order. Very rude. I will never go back to that place. Not customer service oriented. Done with Buffalo nasty wings.

The worst service ever! I waited an hour to get my food, only for it to be completely wrong! Only two people are working the back, and no one is working the front! They need someone to translate for them because you can’t even understand them, or they can’t understand their customers.

If I could, I would give this place 0 stars. I went to place an order. The employee was sitting on the bench looking in his phone. I had to call for an employee to come from the back. I was trying to place an order, and my fiance had asked to use the restroom, and they claimed it was out of order, although it said to ask for a code to get in. A Caucasian man came in to pickup an order, and the worker got off of the bench to help him but left me standing there although I was there before him . This place is racist so I did not order food. I left and went to wing stop. The service was great and the food was hot and fresh. I will not go back to this place again.

Second time I haven’t gotten my food. Phone calls just go to a call center where they explain they can’t do anything for you and it’s not their problem.never again.
