They are always working hard when my husband and I come in after the gym. Personable and friendly even when they’re in a flurry of orders. We put in a mobile order and received the wrong size, and they were so gracious about getting it corrected. Best place to get a smoothie!

Ever since I came to this location I’ve had the best experience better than any other location. I met Mr. Lawrence a couple of weeks after that and you can tell he values his job and working there a very respectable humble gentleman with great customer service. Last night after my gym session I realized he still worked there from how I was greeted at the drive thru. Mr. Karson hands down made a perfect peanut power plus. These two hands are the best, thanks again guys .

I usually have a good experience at this location, but in the past 6 months the quality of service has declined. The staff no longer greet people as the walk in the door or as customers leave. They are not appreciative of tips. Also, what is the point of paying for a smoothie online and having an established wait time if customers have to wait long periods of time due to the staff not checking the online ordering system. On the bright side, this location does make great smoothies and they remodeled the interior which looks amazing.

Whenever I am in the Southaven area and I have a taste for quick snack, I always have to stop by this place! They have fast and friendly service as well as great smoothies! I believe the manager/owner have OCD or something because this place is always spick and span! Which is a great thing, I love it! A definite 5 stars from me!

Decided to give this place another chance but nothing has changed, staff takes very long making smoothies, I was waiting in the drive thru line for over 10 minutes and decided to come inside and staff don’t greet you it feels like they don’t want to be there working and I feel that’s part of the problem why they take so long to make smoothies, by the way I didn’t even buy anything, I waited five minutes inside and no one greeted me or asked if needed something and literally was ignored by the register, very poor management.
If you’re not late for work and decide to stop at this sk in Southaven Ms you will be late for work, i recommend not to stop by.
