We ordered takeout. We got a green wet burrito, burrito percheron and some flautas. The fresh Pico on the side was amazing!!! The steak was both tender and juicy! Really impressed with this place, we will definitely be back to try more!

We were traveling through North Dakota and we were homesick for some Authentic Mexican food. We searched for the past few days with no luck.
Then we found Casa Fridah. As soon as we walked through the door we knew we found the right spot.
We were seated quickly, our drinks and Chips and Salsa came out immediately and the green salsa was amazing.
Now let’s get to the good stuff.
I ordered the Chicken Mole and my Wife ordered the Chicken burrito Bowl.
The Mole was the best I have had in 15 States the flavor was perfectly balanced.
My wife’s Bowl was amazing as well I kept eating hers also when she wasn’t looking. It was really good.
I can’t wait to go back again soon on our next trip through Stanley ND.

James is a cool kid.
The coffee is also surprisingly good and comes in nice little pottery cup.
Salsa with the chips is pretty damn good.
Anna is super sweet and accommodating. Really nice service.

This is a fantastic Mexican hole in the wall restaurant, hidden gem. The chips salsa and beans they serve are freshly made, the chips come out hot and are so good!

It’s a food truck that meets evolution, trying to open and set up a permanent location for a restaurant. It looks family-run and has that sort of attitude. It attracts many customers on various days and is a popular place for service members pulling alerts. I don’t know their delivery schedule for restocks; however, when we came, they were out of various ingredients for many of the dishes they offered. No warnings prior to ordering, unless they already knew for certain something was out. They brought the food with various things missing, no substitutes or prior warnings, before getting the food. However they did accommodate and brought some replacements after the food was brought to the table, example free queso when it wasn’t originally an ingredient. Overall the food, even while missing the ingredients, still tasted fantastic.

Hidden Gem! I found this on a google search for restaurants or I wouldn’t have known it existed. It took us a bit to find it but I’m so glad we did. Coming from Arizona we love Mexican food and have eaten it in several states. This is some of the best we have had outside of Mexico.
Their portion sizes are huge so bring an empty stomach and a big appetite.
If you need a bit of heat ask for the green salsa.
Now that we know where it’s at we will be back to this place often.

Casa Fridah catered our Council’s lunch today and she knocked it out of the park!!! The food was excellent- delicious, well prepared and easily transported, the portions were significant, everything was ready at pick up time, and the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend!!!
