The service is exceptional. I come here almost every morning after a workout and every morning it’s just as good if not better than the last. The workers are always extremely kind, helpful, and all around amazing. I truly feel honored to be given the option to even come here. If you’re looking for somewhere to get breakfast, a snack, or a healthy treat for your self, I couldn’t recommend this place enough. FIVE STARS!!!!

Very very sweet girl that works there and she is always there by herself even when someone is there she is still always working by herself. Management is horrible because I have come up there on days where it is way too busy for her to be by herself. She keeps a smile on her face and lets everyone know that there will be a wait! I advised her to seek other employment immediately and I hope she does because she is always there working hard. I have also seen bugs crawling around in here as well.

The girl who thinks she runs the show is really rude. I wanted in the drive thu for 15 min for them to let me drive off with the completely wrong shake. I returned right away she actually questioned me like I was wrong which was kind of annoying. It was an icy strawberry drink when I ordered a peanut power plus smoothie. Then they made new stand there for 20 min while they took care of the cars where i just waited in that line 15 min already. Put my morning 30 min behind. Frustration is putting it nicely. I buy a lot of shakes from this company and im about to stop. Not only that bit the $1off survey is a hoax. You can never use it. What bs

When I went in was greeted by a newer employee. As she was making my smoothie I noticed German cockroaches coming from the bathroom and the opening of the kitchen door. I was able to kill a few and I immediately asked the young lady do they have an issue with roaches and was told YES and that it was very bad infestations. I immediately asked for a refund . I appreciated the worker being honest with me about the roach problem. I will stay away from all Smoothie Kings from now on. This issue needs to be rectified EXPEDITIOUSLY.

Lady at the window was absolutely rude, and couldn’t be bothered. I said good morning and she just stared with her lip pocked out. Then Rolling her eyes because I asked her to read back my order (after she responded and was the only word she mumbled during my interaction and it was the wrong ingredient). I just drove off. All the other smoothie kings in town have far superior service, and much!!!!!!! Cleaner! Will never visit this nasty location again.

We drove up at 8:50pm and they close at 9pm which we know is not ideal but we had a $5 bill ready just for tip — the girls working served the people in front of us and made eye contact with us when it was our turn, but did not serve us.
