The ladies running the show today are absolutely great. I’ve only been to a Smoothie King maybe once or twice before but they made it a seamless process, even when one girl was training it seemed.
One girl insisted on holding the door for me as I was coming in when she was running drinks out to a guest in the parking lot, and was very polite and courteous when she served me later.
Another girl that took my order was very sweet and tentative, even though she wasn’t 100% sure about processing my gift card she was still able to figure it out and complete it without issue.
And the last girl that seemed to be the shift manager was able to answer all of my questions while multitasking, and even filled up my water bottle for me.
I think I was in the store for less than 5 minutes, but they made it a great experience regardless. Give them raises. I’ll be back to this location.

Even though the store was very busy, the entire team did an amazing job. Every employee stayed positive, efficient, and attentive, and our order was handled with great care. You could really tell they were working hard as a team to keep everything running smoothly. The service was excellent, and we truly appreciated how well they took care of us despite the rush. Been coming to this Smoothie King ever since the doors opened. Every time I have come in or ordered on the best app ever, both the owner Jeremy and manager Carlos have taken amazing care of me. Order ahead of time and it takes 10-20 min for your smoothie or fresh acai bowl to be completed. It is a great meal supplement, with real fruit, vegetables, and whatever add-ons you want to put in. Menu and prices below range from $10-$15. Lastly, why would you not want to support this business considering they are recognizing kids in the community for their local achievements and allowing local entrepreneurs to showcase their business cards here. Check out my three favorites, the Mango Kale, Daily Warrior, and the Coco Acai Bowl. Stay Joyous!

I was very impressed with the dedication of Amy. It was my first time at this store. The “guys” were super busy and the line backed up a bit. Amy was on her way out probably for the day, yet she turns back around to take my and others’ orders. That’s incredible as I’m sure she had completed her shift, but she out her customers first before her own need to depart (that’s servant leadership)and that’s not always the case with other establishments. The most amazing thing is that she did it with a big smile on her face and made me feel important enough not to make me wait. Amy needs to be cloned and if possible, give her a raise. My tip was not enough for the outstanding customer service she provided ! Go Amy, you’re beautiful and a sweetheart. I appreciate you! Georgina, an extremely satisfied customer!
