False advertising. I was not charged for the price of a 20 ounce. When I disputed that I was overcharged, they said it was because I didn’t have the app. The advertisement does not stipulate that you have to have the app. Rude staff and long wait. Staff also did not wear gloves.

had a very disappointing experience at this Smoothie King location. I specifically requested light ice, fully understanding and clearly stating that I was okay with the smoothie being a bit shorter. Despite this, the manager refused to accommodate the request and insisted on filling the cup with ice anyway. There was no attempt to be flexible or customer-focused, just a rigid “no” with no real explanation.
What made this worse was the attitude — instead of trying to find a solution or respect a reasonable request, I was essentially told how the smoothie had to be made, regardless of what I wanted as the customer. For a business that prides itself on health, customization, and customer experience, this was extremely poor service.
I wasn’t asking for anything complicated or unreasonable — just light ice, even at the cost of volume — and the refusal to honor that says a lot about how this location is managed. This experience left a bad impression, and because of it, I won’t be returning. I would not recommend this location if customer service and basic flexibility matter to you.

This is the best place for smoothies, hands down when it comes to taste. However, this location is seriously UNDERSTAFFED. I waited a very long time for my smoothie. This is not the first time. Today it took 5 minutes before I was served. Then almost 20 to 25 minutes waiting for my smoothie. If you think of ordering online, double that wait time.
I tell you I was so irritated that when I hit the 30 minute mark, I walked up to the counter and I told him I wanted my $10 back. He asked me which smoothie and if it actually cost $10 flat. I told him it cost $9.95 and I was not giving him his five cents back because I waited so darn long. I have never been like that before in my life.
They should seriously recruit. There are so many college kids that need jobs, and many people in fact who need a job. I think the company should hire ZipRecruiter, any outside help to fix this location.

From the moment you walk in, the owner Sadet greets and welcomes you into an atmosphere that is inviting and clean, making it the perfect place to grab a quick bite or chill with friends.
I had the pleasure of meeting (Sayer) who is one of the staff members, she was friendly and eager to take my order.
What sets this Smoothie King apart is that it has a “ NEW OWNER”- his name is Sedat!
Whether you’re after a protein-packed boost, a fruit-filled treat, or a meal replacement, there’s a perfect option for everyone.
