Excellent service and wonderful Bee Berry Sting prep and being a hardcore Tropical Smoothie Cafe goer this establishment at this particular area was a million times better. I know because this was actually a second option today but an option I’m super glad I took. The ladies here tonight were polite and constructed a great bowl.

Placed a pickup order and when I arrived I waited over 5 minutes for a team member to come out of the bathroom to make the order, only to then be told by the original team member that they were out of the items I ordered. I’m not sure why new orders were being made when my pickup order should have already been ready or checked before I arrived. Very frustrating experience.

I get there this morning about 7:30am after placing a mobile order about 7:25am. No one is in sight when I walked in. I waited about two mins and then an employee comes from around the corner near the restrooms. She asks if I’m picking up and I said yes. She then starts to get my ticket and start making my smoothie but never not once did she wash her hands. A total turnoff and I will not be back to this location.

I ordered two Acai bowls through GrubHub. I knew I was paying a little extra knowing you don’t get more. Even if I had walked in and paid regular prices, these are terrible. One practically half empty the other overflowing with Acai and barely any toppings. Color is kind of off too. I will NEVER order these here again. Do yourself a favor and just make the trip to Sunset Bowls on Miracle Strip. Still expensive but you actually get what you pay for.
