Writing as a delivery driver – I had a TERRIBLE service experience at this Smoothie King location!
I had a mid-afternoon pickup a couple days ago. The place was nearly empty – just me and one other customer and two employees.
The customer in front of me was having issues with their payment method. This took several minutes to resolve by the cashier.
Meanwhile, the entire time I waited, the second employee (wearing a long sleeve shirt titled “TEAM CAPTAIN”) steadfastly refused to even make eye contact with me, busying herself instead with rearranging a tub of diced pineapple.
Turns out my order was ready to go the whole time I waited! How hard would it have been for Team Captain Pineapple to have spent 15 seconds giving me the bagged order?
I had to text my delivery customer that their order would be late, and I lost time and money waiting on it, and the order sat out at room temperature longer than necessary owing to ‘TEAM CAPTAIN’s sloppy service attitude!
I don’t know what makes some people act the way they do, but it’s a shame when such an individual, a supervisor no less, goes out of their way to create a bad experience for everyone involved.
Needless to say it’s gonna be awhile before I accept another order from this Smoothie King, never mind actually patronizing the location for my own dining out.
I really appreciate the restaurants that do a great job with delivery orders, and I’ve written a bunch 5 star reviews highlighting their excellent service…but not THIS place!

I just want to thank Julz for such an amazing experience at Smoothie King! I traveled from Indiana and came here looking for my smoothies, and from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with kindness. Julz took my order and made the whole process so easy and enjoyable.
She had great conversation, gave me amazing recommendations (since I was ordering multiple smoothies for multiple people), and even explained the rewards I had available. She went the extra mile by suggesting add-ins and making sure I got the best value. On top of that, she comforted me when I shared the reason for my trip, which meant so much.
Overall, it was an outstanding experience—you won’t regret coming here, especially if you get Julz! I’ll definitely be coming back while I’m in town.

Spotless facility, staff all friendly and working hard and fast. Owners were onsite and prepared our drinks as well, everyone was very polite and appreciative- making a point to say they appreciate our business when leaving. Smoothies were very good with all fresh ingredients. Not much else to say except that these people deserve your business.

I always have a great experience at this Smoothie King! The service is consistently excellent — everyone who works here is funny, personable, and genuinely helpful. I often have trouble deciding what to order, but they’re always patient and willing to make recommendations that fit what I’m looking for. Even when I come in close to closing time, they never make me feel rushed or like I’m an inconvenience, which I really appreciate. The store itself is always clean, and the restrooms are well maintained. The acai bowls always hit the spot, and the smoothies are the perfect refresher on hot, humid days.
