My wife and I always try and stop when we are passing through in the cities. The fact they have flag ship / staple macarons is great as they truly have some out standing flavors. We both enjoy the fact they have rotating flavors as well. This truly means that we never will get board and are excited by what we might encounter.

I have heard lots about Nikkilette’s Macarons and thought I best try them. The customer service was great and beyond knowledgeable. The atmosphere was not what expected but nice as it was in a weird part of town. The macarons themselves; the flavors were great on some but others i could not taste anything but the almond flour and that is what i dont like about them so I struggled to eat the balance after one bite. Overall I would still get them and just watch which ones so the flavor left in my mouth is not almond flour.

Absolutely to die for! Went this morning to there shop. Im obsessed with the macarons. The staff was super nice and sweet. I got tones of flavors. My favorite was the marshmallow macarons and the pistachio macarons. But they all were fantastic. Definitely will be back again. There soft and velvety. Best macarons in Minnesota by far. Definitely worth the trip. Keep up the fantastic work guys.

I wanted a unique treat for a conference that was in town with our company logo. Why not macarons because the colors matched our theme! These macarons were not only beautiful and freshly made to order the taste was a 10 out of 10. What also matters is the exceptional hospitality we received. Prompt, and hand delivered to our event which made it so easy and seamless for me. If we are ever in the area again I will keep you in mind for future events. These treats were the talk of our show! Not only are her creations beautiful, but they are the most deliciously crave-able macarons I have ever tasted! She was able to create macarons decorated with ‘happy birthday’ and hockey sticks!!! I ordered a variety of 18 macarons to be deliver as a gift for my sister’s birthday, even though it was a short notice, Nikkolette accepted the order, the communication was great, she responded to my questions and was clear about how everything work, prices and timing. The order was delivered in the time frame she mentioned, and the macarons were amazing, in a very nice presentation, with a card that show the flavors, and a congratulation note with our message for my sister. The macarons were fresh and tasty, my sister love them all, specially the chocolate hazelnut since she love chocolate (Nutella).

The best macarons in the state of Minnesota! I’d been lucky enough find Nikkolette’s on Instagram many years ago and found ways to buy from her online or at markets and I’m so happy she has a storefront now! You can still find her at the markets (follow her on Instagram and she’ll let you know where she’s gonna be) and also at Surdyk’s, in the cheese shop. Anyhow, if you like macarons, you’ll love these!

I placed an order for 70 macarons for an event. I scheduled my pickup and the day before I needed to pick up Nikkolette sent me an email alerting me to construction in the area and included a map image with the correct detour to get to their location. That is above and beyond customer service. I ordered 6 flavors and of course had to sample them all. 5 stars across the board. They were all delicious, but the Orange Chocolate has a stronghold on me and I bought extra for my freezer when I picked up! I appreciate that all of the flavors are gluten free so I’m not concerned with cross contamination like some other shops that use garnishes or fillings that contain gluten.
