I ordered a smoothie and a loaded toast. The drive-thru line was already very long behind us and the car in front of us sat at the window for about 10 minutes. When we finally got to the window we received our smoothie then waited 3 minutes for toast. After that we were asked to pull to the side to wait for the toast.
We waited 15 minutes. I eventually went inside to make sure our order hadn’t been forgotten. As soon as I walked up to the counter the employee said, “Oh, your toast just got put in the toaster.” That was shocking considering how long we had already been waiting.
While standing there, I noticed a complete lack of urgency from the staff. Employees were moving extremely slowly, casually walking around, and one employee was sitting down chatting with family members who were inside the store. No one seemed concerned about wait times or customer service. No apology and no explanation. Just an “accept it” type of attitude.
After finally receiving the toast I left very disappointed. The lack of urgency and poor customer service explain exactly why the line was so long. The smoothies may be good but the service makes me hesitant to return.

The issue with this particular location and quite a few other Smoothie King stores is inconsistency with the bowls. You never know what you will receive. On Saturday, January 18, 2025 I received a beautiful picture perfect bowl and I complimented the young lady because I appreciated her taking the time to serve it correctly. On January 20, 2025 I ordered the same bowl from the same location and received soup with fruit on top. There is no excuse because I ordered both bowls via their app from their parking lot and waiting for pickup time.

If you are looking for a healthy drink I recommend this place, the smoothie was delicious, in its point!! I had just done some work in my mouth and everything I could eat had to be liquid and this made me feel satisfied… I would definitely buy again.

Just order a smoothie bowl and a watermelon smoothie its completely liquid. I complained about the smoothie and was told its because its a 12 oz and its made with more liquid. I asked for a remake and was given a proper smoothie. I pulled off and realize my bowl was liquid not firm at all. Now I’m asking for manager buts there’s no manager. Asking for a refund as I type this. Disappointed team lead Angela is not making the experience better doesn’t know the managers names wasn’t empathic until I asked for apology. Didn’t have an attitude but made excuses on both encounters l. Maybe more training on soft skills on making items right the first time.

I went to this location last night, I understand they close at 8pm, I got there around 7:53pm and sat at the drive thru but no one ever came after I said hello. I proceeded to the window and you can see them laughing whole backed up from the window. I said hello but no one ever came they were just giggling so I rode to the front of the store and I asked them if they were closed, they looked me dead in the face and wouldn’t reply they just turned all the lights out. They could have said they were closed at the drive thru or the window or the door but they didn’t. I was highly upset because my husband is on dialysis and he was not feeling well and wanted just a smoothie instead of something heavy and I couldn’t get that. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location anymore.

Lino & Asher are the best! I love the entire staff! I come here daily and get a peanut power plus loaded with lots of enhancers, two scoops of strawberry protein and its solo delicious! The new location is very clean, great location, and the team is so friendly! My go to spot!!! Thanks y’all for making my mornings better and keeping me alive!

NEVER ordering from this smoothie king again. Waited bout 10 mins for a smoothie bowl just for it to come out watery and messy like this. The acai had no flavor at all…I hate sending orders back so I just charged it to the game… this bowls cost too much to be messy like this. The SK in morrow freezes their açaí maybe yall should try it!!! Look at the difference in the bowls. The one on the left is from Fayetteville and the right from Morrow a waste of $12

Great smoothies and they were super nice and helpful. The new location looks great and is super nice and clean. The smoothies are great, we tried the peanut butter chocolate one and the whole family liked it.

This is one of the best Smoothie Kings I’ve been to. Saniya was super nice, really patient, and even helped me with the app. She made my day and told me to come back Friday for the upsize. Great experience!
