When arriving didn’t get a greeting at the door. One of the employees had an attitude because she was on the schedule and had her lips balled up at every customer that came in the door. Decided to come here instead of Blended because I haven’t been in a while but don’t see myself coming back to this location in the near future. I would advise employee eval for sure!

I am not sure why this location consistently gets bad reviews. I really think it’s a bunch of kids to try to get free things… Anyhow, I love the staff when I come before reporting to work. They are open at 6:58 AM consistently ready to go it is absolutely clean. The environment is great. The young ladies that run the counter are friendly and always inviting. They are also willing to make adjustment. For example I always like half ginger and no Stevia can always do that on the app, but in person, it’s a OK no problem! I walked in the store at approximately 6:40pm, March 1, 2026. I stood there about 3 minutes and the two workers that were there said nothing to me. There were no other customers in the store. This is terrible customer service. I walked out the store because I refuse to spend money at a restaurant that refuses to address me or at least say, “Sir, I will be with you in a second”! I recommend more customer service training. I will frequent this store ever again.

Today @ 11:37 , I placed an order online . I got held up in traffic so I was late getting my order . Walked in not one worker greeted me. Very rude !! I asked to have my order replaced because it was melted . Had to repay for my order . Won’t be back !

Let me start by saying I’ve been in here other times and never had a problem with my shake and had great service so I edited my recipe based on all experiences. I came in there Sunday to get a chocolate Hulk 32 ounce extra cocoa multivitamin and an energy boost. They handed me my drink and it was not tasting right. It was so thick it was hard to swallow. Like it had too much powder and asked them to make sure they put extra cocoa this time as requested but baby been done. Ask them to remake it and I think they just threw some cocoa in there put in a machine and handed it back to me. I put it back on the counter and said this isn’t right y’all just added Coco. It wasn’t made right it needs to be remade and went back over to the wall and was ignored and after a minute, I went and grabbed my shake and I said OK then and threw it away. How do you walk in there trying to get a shake pay over $10 for it and have to throw it away before you leave the shop because everyone’s confused at what to do? There should’ve been somebody that knew what they were doing at that shop. These girls are too young to be left there on their own being new with no help with somebody that really knows what they’re doing. Just super disappointed at my visit this time.

She was super helpful in recommending the perfect smoothie, and it was absolutely delicious! Her customer service was top-notch…friendly, efficient, and genuinely kind.
