My wife and I came in there 15 minutes until close and we apologized for coming in so late because we know everybody likes to get out on time. The staff was super nice. Super friendly and I didn’t know that adding notes on the cup was a thing. But little did they know that little note really mattered to us cuz we really needed that today. I’m truly thankful for that. Sweet little no they gave us and I would definitely be coming back

I use to drive all the way to Pleasantburg and the line would be long and it’s different people that work so the quality changes. But the Smoothie King is great! First of all it’s 5 mins from my home, and the line is never long! So far it’s been the same worker working, she is pretty and kind at the window. In the few times I’ve started coming to this location, I feel like I know the worker and she writes on my cup. I love it! Easley location is the BOMB . COM

We have been to the Easley, SC location many times and used cash. One Saturday a few weeks ago we go to this location, place our order, and pull around to the window to pay. I noticed two very contradictory signs in the window. One states they are cashless, the other that they do not accept bills over $20. I had a twenty, but when the girl came to the window and I tried to give her the money, she said they don’t take cash. When I mentioned to signs in the window, she looked like she didn’t have a clue, but pointed to the sign about being cashless. I tried to show her the sign about no bills over $20, then she got a bit testy and said we don’t take cash. I asked her to cancel the order and she said she couldn’t do that. I questioned her about why she couldn’t cancel it and she said “I need your card”. I again asked her to cancel the order and that I wasn’t going to use my card and we left. I do not know if she just isn’t very bright or what. What I do know is that we have been regular patrons to this Smoothie King but have no plans to go back to Smoothie King unless they start treating us with respect and accept cash again.

If I could give 0 stars for this review I would. I have been coming here for 4 years and have had issues here and there but never bad enough to say anything about. Tonight we got two strawberry hulk smoothies and they tasted like unripe bananas and nothing else, to the point that our mouths were getting cottony. We drove around and kindly asked them to remake them as per the smoothie king policy. They simply poured them back into the blender added a few strawberries and gave them back to us. We asked for different smoothies, Apple Kiwi Kale, because the first ones weren’t palatable. We received two cups of ice slush with a hint of the taste of what it should taste like that didn’t even fill up the cup. We went back to the window to simply give the cups and smoothies back and ask for a refund which we were told “because we remade them we aren’t going to give you a refund” I asked to speak to a manager and explained the situation to which the manager said “sorry because i’m not there and they have already been remade i’m not going to give you a refund” I offered to send a picture of the smoothies as they were unacceptable and she said she didn’t need a picture because she wasn’t going to refund them. Overall extremely disappointed the whole process took almost an hour as we waited almost 25 minutes for them to be remade. All I wanted was a refund as $14 + a $2 tip is way too much to pay for something that can’t be consumed. I have reached out to corporate and am hoping for some resolution.

Awful customer service! They won’t take orders through the drive through. And they won’t come to the window. Guess they don’t want business. Also won’t answer the phone. People are getting paid to do nothing. Do not go here!!

Arrived at the drive thru 30 min prior to closing amd was asked to please wait. Waited for 15 min ,during this time two additional cars lined up. Then the same employee came back to the speaker amd said” sorry we are unable to take your order now.”. REALLY? To say Im livid is an understatement. Why ask me to please wait, only to wait 15 min and tell me I cant order!!

Destiny W. at this Smoothie King location was so sweet. she greeted us with a genuine smile, She made us feel welcome right away, and on top of that, she was so quick and efficient with getting our smoothies ready. It’s rare to find someone who makes the experience feel personal and pleasant, and she really stood out. Thank you, Destiny, for making our visit so positive. Give that girl raise!

It’s the worst place ever. I just came from here. Payed $8 for a small smoothie that I can’t drink. The ingredients taste old. There were chunkc of fruit and peanut butter. The drink was so thick that if I turned it upside-down, nothing fell out. I will attach pictures. I will never come back. The person at the window just took my card, gave me no receipt, and just handed me the nasty drink. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. YUK…
