My bowel looks so sad. I usually come to get my smoothie bowl here and it’s always filled to the top but this time it wasn’t even filled to the top and I paid $12 for barely anything. I feel like I got scammed and there was like new employees, which is fine. It’s just usually the old employees would fill it up and any smoothie King location that I would really go to would fill it up but this time barely anything in my bowl I feel like I wasted $12 for nothing

Absolutely gross! I usually get a medium which turns out ok. Every time I order a large, they screw it up badly!! I had already left, so I contacted corporate to express my displeasure. Corporate promises to reimburse me for the smoothie but they need my credit card info. I gave it to them (against every scam scary bone in my body) and what do you know, NO REFUND!! Why say you are issuing a refund if you are not going to issue a refund? Either way, this smoothie is nasty, just plain nasty!! I took the lid off after tasting how disgusting it was and what the heck is this mess???? No smoothies for me for a long time!!

The past 2 times ive come and ordered a bowl the first time the boy didnt even take my order down right and while i was crying he made jokes this time the same boy made it and the bananas are brown and theres a miniscule amount of granola though my order is technically correct its quite frustrating. both bowls i ordered were sloppy and the outsides and bottom of the bowl were nasty like sticky like a glob of peanut butter? definitely seemed inebriated to me eyes very blood shot and low. name on the receipt said nashir. – i mightve spelled it wrong.

Ordered 2 smoothies ahead of time, short wait but the issue was once received one of the smoothies was sooo watery it was no where near the consistency it should’ve been (I’m not exaggerating this, it was moving like water) I had thrown away the slip that said what the smoothie was so when he asked me what kind of smoothie it was and I was looking around for it and the employee snapped at me asking “what is the smoothie?!” And I snapped right the heck back telling him I was looking for the damm receipt because it wasn’t a simple smoothie but one with enhancers and add-ons. His tone completely changed and re made the smoothie. There were multiple customers before we arrived waiting and he had been calling out every single smoothie, but he simply put ours out without announcing them. If I hadn’t been paying attention we would’ve been waiting unnecessarily until we would’ve noticed they were sitting there. I don’t know if it was our race or my gender that made him think he had the right to talk to me in that tone or give me attitude but he chose the wrong one to put him in the right place. I am a daily customer of smoothie king but this location I will NEVER be going back to. Did not catch employee’s name but it was a younger slim Caucasian male. Staff needs training on smoothie making and customer service. Oh I was spending $30 on 2 smoothies keep in mind.

My order has been consistently correct! I am so happy. The store has been cleaner. Blender carafes were washed and waiting. We want those carafes cleaned well so no weird particles are left in them. I know they get in a hurry and think it doesn’t really matter. It does. I depend on this location to serve me to more easily get the good nutrition that I need. Thank you all!

I came to this location this morning about 7:50 am and was never greeted nor acknowledged. The door dings when opened. The lady was standing at the sink with her back to the door however, I know she heard me because I said “good morning” and waited for her to finish up. I stayed for a brief moment to see if the greeting would be returned. Once I noticed the lack of urgency to acknowledge me with her one earbud in I left and went 1 minute down the road to Tropical Smoothie who had great customer service and efficiency. No longer spending my money at establishments who don’t appreciate it

I normally enjoy smoothie kind ALOT! but today someone made my chocolate gladiator coffee and did an absolute terrible job. I taste no coffee and it looks and taste like some one pored a scoop of protein powder in with way to much ice and I can’t even get a sip of it because of to much ice. I didn’t have time to come back and have them fix it, so I’ll leave a review in til the next time I come back and enjoy an smoothie that wasn’t poorly made
