Sharing this review cause I have noticed door is not closing properly and has been like this for a few months now! At first I thought it was a delay to find a company to fix it but now it seems that we are just left with the door being partially open or having to close it behind us when walking in or leaving out. This is to great of a location to have a minor fix like this linger on for this amount of time. Great staff, service and food. Hoping for the door to be fixed soon doesn’t look well with the atmosphere for this area!

First off, it’s a good smoothie. The only reason I am giving a bad review is because their posted price and what they actually charge are different. We ordered 44 oz strawberry kiwi breeze and on the board it’s 10.79 but the receipt showed 11.89. when I asked if I am simply missing something the lady said “no that’s on us. Our manager is supposed to change the board price but hasn’t.” Not sure if this is false advertising or just bait and switch, but it’s dishonest.

My first time in this place. As I am a coffee lover my smoothie choice needed to have coffee, so I choose the activator recovery coffee (cold brew coffee, gladiator Protein, protein blend, bananas, coconut water and non fat milk).
Julia was very nice and I asked her if she could replace the non fat milk for the almond milk and had no problem.
I really like my choice and this smoothie was great, certainly this is a a nice place to go and have a healthy choice for a frozen shake mainly if you looking for a health style of life and get away from the junk food. Also, you can boost your smoothie adding protein, probiotics, vitamins, pure creative, etc…
This business promise no artificial flavors or preservatives, organic veggies, no syrups.
I’m sure I will be back soon to this place and try other healthy smoothies available.

My daughter and I came in really close to closing and were trying to use a coupon/app … que eye roll … but not Tia was wonderfully pleasant and professional!! Her manager also came out and offered some answers to our app questions. Most workers now a days give attitude and get frustrated when you come in close to closing, but not Tia !! She was beyond pleasant and made a delicious Angel Food Smoothie 🙂

I placed an order for a 32oz Pineapple surf smoothie without whey and add vanilla yogurt. I recently had surgery, so my daughter picked it up for me. The picture below is what I received. The color of the smoothie is a Greyish pink with no tropical flavors of pineapple, mango nor strawberry to speak of and the smoothie was so sickening sweet that I couldn’t tolerate drinking it at all. I tried to call the store directly but got put into the mailbox even though the store was still open. To whom do I speak for reimbursement or replacement?

Smoothie King staff in Crofton/Gambrills a big Thank you from all my family for always hitting the mark. My daughter Loves the inspiring statements/messages/stories on the smoothie cups. I didn’t get the chance to experience the food. The employees were great. The owner not so much. Typical black man attitude. Happy to be in control so feels the need to be a jerk. Especially to other black men. Well he can keep my money. The smoothie was paid for but I have no interest in drinking it. Don’t really care to stop him from getting business. I actually hope he does well. Maybe one day we can get over being the rudest to each other. Have a great day.
