Honestly 5/5 atmosphere. Very well put together aesthetic. 5/5 Customer Service: the two employees were fun, personable, and made a pretty bomb suggestion. I didn’t catch both their names, just one started with a V? 5/5 Taste: the drink was good! Will go back if i find myself over there again.

Not a great experience with the manager. I go to Smoothie King in Bristow often and the staff is great. However, the manager did not know how to apply the free Friday member upsize promotion. He blamed it on a system error (that only my order was experiencing). As the manager, he should of easily been able to refund me the difference but didn’t seem to know how. He did provide me coupons for 2.00 off my next visit but only because I pressed the issue. He also let me know the prices reflected on the in-store menu were out dated and incorrect. If that is true the in-store menu needs to be updated!! Not the best Friday morning experience!

I love Smoothie King, and this location is wonderful. The staff is always super helpful, and when I order online to pickup, my order is always ready. I appreciate their willingness to recommend new smoothies when I’m not in the mood for my go-to’s.
I tried one of the new Smoothie Bowls last night, and loved it! It was acai based, and the toppings were delicious. It was large enough for my hubby and I to share. I love Smoothie King, and don’t mind paying a little extra for the high quality and nutritious smoothies and bowls they offer!

I used to go in here once in a while and didn’t have any issues. Over the past few months, things have really declined. The employees are all younger people, and there is a noticeable lack of discipline in the place. They aren’t friendly and won’t greet people. It takes them forever to make the smoothies, even when they have several people working. They need an actual adult to manage this place and these kids need to be trained.
The last four times I have gone to this Smoothie King, they have messed up my order. The first time, I was given a 20 oz. smoothie instead of the 32 oz. smoothie. The guy poured it into a larger cup and then handed me the partially filled cup as if that fixed the problem. The second time, my wife ordered a ‘chocolate peanut power plus’ smoothie and received a vanilla. The third time, I got a ‘strawberry peanut power plus’ and got some kind of strawberry cream drink (it was missing the peanut butter and the protein).
Last Friday, I saw that there were only two people in line, so I thought I’d try again. It took several minutes for the kid at the register to take those two orders. When it was my turn, he never acknowledged me or greeted me–he just awkwardly stared until I walked up. When I got my receipt, I saw that he had entered the 20 oz. smoothie as a 40 oz smoothie. I walked back up and asked him to fix it, and he didn’t know how to do this on the register. He ran in the back to grab another girl, and it took her about three minutes to change the order and refund the difference. I then waited another 20 minutes for my order.
If you really want Smoothie King, go to the one down the road at Hastings Marketplace.

Love the customer service here they really do a great job of making sure the smoothie is made the way you want it to be made. Not to mention they recommended frozen yogurt in one of their passion blends and it was excellent. Can’t beat their $5 32oz Friday specials.

Delicious protein shakes. Incredible staff. Great location. Even have an app to order before you come to avoid waiting in line. Only down side is the smoothies are overpriced. But on Fridays 32oz smoothies are on special right now for only $5. Nice deal I would say.
