This place needs new workers. The food is pretty good but the service isn’t up to par. Online it says you guys open up at 7am. I pulled up and the lights were off & no one present. I called and someone picked up immediately. I asked what time did they open. She responded and said 7:49 am… huh? Then proceeded to say I can come in. So you were pretending you were closed so you wouldn’t get any customers! This was on 1/9/2026.

The cashier was so rude and unpleasant and clearly disinterested that I didn’t even finish placing my order, no way I’m giving this place my money. I’ve been getting the same drink for awhile. First time I went to this location, and the staff had no idea what my drink was and when he found it I was already skeptical of him making it. When I got it it taste like shit and straight up chalk. I ordered a large bc I get the same thing but I regret it. I’m so upset it ruined my whole day.

There were two staff members, one seemed very new and the other seemed bored and apathetic. The one who was new was trying their hardest to do their job. Our party got multiple smoothies and only one of them was what I call good. It seems like the staff does not know how to augment a smoothie so that it tastes good when the customer asked for specific ingredients. My 11-year-old can do better with whatever is in our fridge and our NutriBullet than these folks accomplished. My smoothie, which had tropical fruits had a peanut butter flavor. I’m not allergic or anything so I don’t care and I actually do put peanut butter in some of my smoothies but it’s not what I wanted. Chances are I will not go back again unless forced. Deer management, train your staff better and pay them enough so that they want to work

They are closed when they are supposed to be open on New Year’s Day. I was standing outside in the freezing cold for 30 minutes before leaving at 11:35 am. I’m sure they’re still closed. Why put up New Year’s Day hours if you’re not going to abide by them? I know that this is a new location too. I don’t think the owner would be very happy to see this picture.

Smoothie King never disappoints! This location is especially great—super clean, well-organized, and the service was excellent. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the experience quick and easy.
I ordered the Peanut Power Plus Strawberry, and as always, it was absolutely delicious—creamy, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with protein and sweetness.
One suggestion: it would be even better if there were a few seats inside to wait while your smoothie is being made, especially since there can be a 5 to 10-minute wait during busier times.
