The food is so good, fresh and homemade. The goritas are delicious! They are made with fresh corn masa deep fried and stuffed. The menudo is great and comes with handmade corn tortillas. This place still not disappoint. The only thing I will say is they could use more help. But I also understand the economy and it’s very hard to find good help anywhere.

I absolutely love this place, I finally found my grilled chicken burrito spot. They have an excellent 3 taco special for less than $10. Their salsa bar IS A MUST. They tend to have 3 to 5 different salsas. Try their onions with jalapeños topping, delicious. Small staff here so there is always a longer wait than at other spots but the food is worth it. Just prep your sauces while you wait and enjoy El Gordo y La Flaca on TV. This place is growing for a reason. Seriously, their salsa game is better than average. Don’t miss out on the salsa bar. I love their salsa bar, lol. It’s good.

La Tía has that homemade Mexican food sazón, so full of flavor. When I’m craving Mexican food and too busy or lazy to cook at home, this is my go to without a doubt. Their menudo is amazing, the best around. They have a salsa bar with sooo many options to choose from, too many to count. I’ve been their customer since she was at the other location and when she had to close down I also visited the temporary setup they had. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Menudo was tastless and carne asada plate meat was salty. They are very limited with salsas and drinks you can only get one more. No air conditioning. In my humble opinion this place is not worth it. Even though they have home made tortillas its not worth your money and time.

Food is good but service and wait times are horrible. Especially on weekends. You might wait up to an hour for just two food items

Stopped in for a post-gym snack and was not disappointed! Pretty busy on a Sunday afternoon and food takes a little extra time, but good (and tasty) things often do. The chicken taco had great flavor and the carnitas was perfectly cooked. It was tender and crispy, just like I like! The guacamole was fresh and they gave us a generous portion of chips too. The rice was maybe a bit dry for my liking, but not lacking in flavor at all. Love their salsa bar and the decor is cute too! You can tell they put a lot of heart into their restaurant. Will definitely be coming back for their taco plate special, thank you, La Tia!

This spot was located in Pomona back in the day and closed sometime in 2021 or so. I was pretty bummed because their food is incredible! The owner had an influx of people from the community calling her and telling her that she needed to come back and sell her food. Under the mounting pressure she got a new spot and is now serving some of the best Mexican food in the area. Handmade sopes, quesadilla fritas, and gorditas are flaky with a beautiful crunch. The tacos are 2 bucks and their salsas are on point. Check them out!
